Introduction
I had a very short Business trip to DF for a couple of days. I stayed at the JW Marriot, where they didn’t allow for guests. I wasn’t afforded other options for accommodations due to a travel policy. The JW Marriot is a fantastic hotel, but not for entertaining.

As this board has previously stated the hobbying in Mexico City isn’t very extensive, or very cheap.
Sunday
My first night in town I went to a go go joint called Bourbon Street in Zona Rosa. I was greeted by an older blond dancer. She was very friendly, not really my type, especially with some exceptional talent dancing. Unsure of all of the rules, I was a bit timid, but after some encouragement, I started to understand some of the ground rules. The drinks were rather expensive, I believe they were somewhere around 100 pesos for a beer. The lap dances where 250 pesos for a song. At the time I was there I believe the exchange rate was 11-1. These were very high prices IMO and NY is somewhat comparable. I didn’t have to pay a cover and I guess that saved me a few dollars. I did have the blonde girl dance for me since she had to listen to my broken Spanish for so long. She did pass me her number and said that she would be glad to meet me at my hotel for 1,000 pesos, but I passed on the offer. After she let me go, I had a chance to enjoy some of the other dancers. I was asked by an attendant, if I would like to have another girl accompany me. I really didn’t feel up for it and I sure didn’t want to pay for the time of their company despite some of the very attractive girls there.

Monday
Feeling a certain responsibility to do more research for CH and this board, I took it upon myself to find a Casa Cita to add to the list of possible sites. I did find a few. The first one is:

It was rather slow that night, but I was immediately taken with a girl in Blue and White Stars, feeling a bit patriotic, I took her to an average room for a nice session for 700 pesos, with a 100 tip. I didn’t have a camera (sorry fellas) but she was attractive. I believe they closed around 1:00AM that night. They had a bar and beers were more than reasonable at 30 pesos or there about, lady drinks were slightly higher, but not much. I meet up with a fellow hobbyist that had been living down there for awhile, it was one of his first trips out and he said that the scene is there, but quite underground and a little hard to find. After a few beers, I told Karla, that I might be back and continued on my research trip. The guys that I just met said they were on there way to another place and they gave me the address. It was also in the Zona Rosa and was named after the street it was on. I lost the pertinent information, but my over all impressions where not very favorable. There were about 10-12 girls hanging out in a very dark, black lit room. There was no energy and the girls just sat around. I ordered a beer and after I finished it I headed out. On the way out, I did see a couple that was just entering the bar that were very doable, but I didn’t care for the vibe in this place and just left. My taxi driver was willing to try to find another spot or 2 and I was still game. We made one stop to a place called Tokio, but it was closing for the night. In somewhat desperation, I decide to go back to my Patriotic girl, only to find out they were closing for the night. Well, with no other options readily available, off to the hotel. Monday night in Mexico City wasn’t much to write home about, but I hope that if you are in Mexico City someday that this will help you cut to the chase and enjoy some of what it has to offer.

Thanks for the info on Mexico City. I often had long layovers there and wondered about the p4p scene in Mexico City. My concern was the reputation of high crimes and kidnappings in the city. Did you feel safe around the zona rosa and the other clubs? How would you rate the quality of the girls in terms of looks?

I initially thought your reference to "handcuff" meant "Sequestra" (kidnapping) or something.

Mexico City is safe in the Zona Rssa, but you gotta keep your head about you, like in any big city. The taxis that take you home from the strip clubs (parked outside) are not a problem, and I recommend getting the number of a radio taxi service while in town.
THe girls vary widely, depending on the clubs, and there is more and more silicon titties and pumped up asses in the higher end clubs like Queens and Cadillac's. There are usually at least a couple of hotties (8-9) in each club, especially Cadillacs, where there are some very sexy Venezuelan chicas. But the prices, which have always been high, have spiked up even higher recently, so unless you are wealthy or REALLY horny, I dont think this is a good option. Also, some of the prettier girls in Queens will not do salidas, and the real hotties in Cadillacs fetch big bucks. Some will give out their phone numbers and you can arrange to meet them on their day off, to avoid the 700p salida fee, but you will probably still end up paying a lot. It is probably worth noting that there are occasionally cute Brazilian girls working in Foxy's bar, but the touts who work there never fail to get on my nerves. Mexico City is all in all a very frustrating destination mongerwise for high end pussy. If you like to screw street chicas, there is some very economical, but shady action.

Happy to reciprocate, Merl. I can only hope and dream that perhaps one day I might be able to utilize all the great info you have posted on SEA. But I dont really have the cash flow, and besides, something holds me back from being a no-holds-barred monger. And if I went to Thailand, everyone would know what i was there for, there'd be no denying it!

FYI, the night staff at the Nikko (next to the JW Marriot, nicer hotel too, IMHO) will be more accomodating with the help of a little propina/mordida

It does not sound like the mongering scene has changed in mexico city when i first visited the town after getting out of college in the 70's. the population though has practically tripled. thanks for the heads up , Zuperfly. I'll just use it as transit point to Colombia and or Brazil
