I booked a 3 night escape to San Jose, AA out of Tampa for $430 connecting through Miami.
Arrived Sunday, quick flights and connections. This was my third trip to SJ in the past 4 years. Lines were short at Immigration and baggage delivery was quick. Hopped in one of the (new) orange Toyota's to the Presidente. This time I booked the Monger's rate of $48 a night.
Got one of the older rooms , but in the back on the 6th floor so the noise level from outside was low. Since so much information is already available, I will just try to update current pricing in this report. The Blue Marlin is always fun , if nothing else, just to people and chica watch. Saw some familiar faces, some girls have been working here for a long time. The afternoon shift was fair, so I passed and took a Siesta, returning later. Thanks for the update. CR is on the list for a short trip sometime in 2005. I think there are flights from Arizona to San Jose for like $500 on AA.
