The following will be a guide to places you can take your honeyko in the Philippines when you want to break away from Angeles City and Manila. These are places that are nice enough and touristy enough that you don't have to worry about your safety and you will be exposed to some of the most beautiful places in the PI.

Others will be Boracay, Malapascua Island in Cebu, Bohol Island and La Union/Bauang Beach

Great pictures on all of the above threads. I had wanted to visit Bohol on my trip but I ended up going somewhere else. Here is a picture of a home that was, and may still be, for sale on the southern coast of the island. I got it off of some PI real estate site I was fantasizing with. I liked this one shot so much that I often use it as my desktop. To me it represents exotic tropical life.

This is a great thread Blazers. I am looking at a first PI trip this summer and am debating skipping Manila and AC and heading straight to places like this. I would assume that I could start in Cebu City, expect to find a traveling companion, and head out for 4-5 days at one of these islands.
