Someone asked me through private email about barfining someone out of Sabailand. I went yesterday to ask and was told the barfine was 1000 to the house and 2500 to the lady for all day.

I would suspect this number is highly negotiable though. The papasan seemed to make it up off the top of his head. So take that number with a huge grain of salt.

But it should give the person who inquired about it a ballpark to deal with.
