I rented a Jet Ski my second day in Pattaya for a half hour. It was a double ride, the Thai dude came along with me. I had never driven a Jet Ski before.
About 20 minutes in as I started getting more and more comfortable driving one, I started doing full speed u-turns. I executed several of these with success and without any problems. That is, until the fourth of fiffth try.
That is when I lost balance and threw myself off. It wasn't that bad, but I hit my butt cheek on the side rail really, really hard in the way into the water. I now have this nasty bruise on my butt.
It doesn't hurt to sit anymore, but it is still sore. Can anyone recommend any cream and any pain killers for it? I've just been taking aspirin so far.
I am almost tempted to post a picture of the bruise for you all. Almost....

try a Lidocaine (SP?)patch. A dermal patch you put on like a large bandaid that has pain killers in it. Should be available in the pharmacy. They are large and you can cut them in half depending on the size of the bruise
I use em when by back acts up and they are great.

Thanks Sandman, will try that.
That is the same stuff the garotas use to numb up their ass before anal sex, right?

Check with Murasaki. You might find that lidocaine patch useful when you head into Eden Club. If the patch slips down your back a little too far, and some thai chick with a strap on goes too far, you'll be glad for the patch.
Perhaps if that buttpirate Murasaki were behind you on that jetski, your ass would look different now?

Xen
Most of the topical pain killers will not offer much relief from a "deep" bruise like the one your ass took from your self-inflicted pounding. I recommend something like 800mg of Ibuprofen. Works wonders, but will make you exTREMELY photosensitive so stay out of the sun.
You could always go to a clinic in Thailand and have them prescribe you some Vicodin. Now THAT makes riding a motobike in Thailand LOTS OF FUN.
