Went perimeter barhopping with Scooter one day and he took me waaaaaAAAAAAaaaaay past most bars to a real shithole attached to the Southern Star Hotel - Foxy's. Their special included his and hers drinks along with the ST barfine for the worldly sum of P800. Such a deal.
