I just returned from Rio and wanted to complete a trip report about my stay in Rio, but since I already posted my pictures of Rio....I decided to completed my Thailand and Costa Rica trip reports first.

After reading numerous trip reports, I felt it was about time I start posting my trip reports, for better or worse. This trip report will consist of my three trips to Thailand. Since all of the trips are within a couple of months of each other, I figure I'll just combine them into one report.

After getting myself thoroughly injested with all the info on the site, I finally got on a plane and departed to Thailand, September of 2004. My plan was to do the first week in Pattaya, second week in Bangkok....then decide on where to spend my third week, depending on which location I liked the most. Based on the trips reports and posts I read thus far at the time, I couldn't make a decision as to which location was better.

So.....first stop Pattaya. Here is a view of Pattaya from a mountain top. What a place!
