After several trips, I'm lucky to have built up a fairly decent arsenal of phone numbers and what not for the gals I see often. But many girls change their numbers, lose their phones, or simply move on, so it's always good to have a way to replenish the database. I don't frequent the main casas or LDV as much to pull a girl anymore, but I do have some favorite ways of replenishing the rolodex.

DEALING WITH THE DEVIL YOU KNOW

It's always dicey when recommending someone or something to the board, I even get complaints about seemingly upstanding guys I've recommended to travelers for other places. But after thinking about this matter for awhile, I think I’ll throw this info out for you all to consider within the context of a HUGE disclaimer.

In every destination, you’ll always come across the scrappy, resourceful wheeler-dealer type with the colorful persona and character to match. I’m sure you’ve come across these guys. They’ll sell sand to the Bedouins and Ice to the Eskimos. The character I’m going to mention must be seen (or experienced) to be believed. He’ll try to rip you off at every turn and renege on promises, his name is Tony, see pic below, and the guy has survived many a character assassination attempt, including many attempts by me in the past. The reason I mention him is that this guy has been the source of some real stunners for me in the past, including several this trip where he offered up some beauts for me and Smitopher. I don’t go to him as often as I used to, as I’ve collected a decent list of gals I see as repeats now. I only see him when I need to replenish the black book so to say. But for what it’s worth, if you think you can withstand the withering sales pitch, which makes timeshare salesman seem lame, do look him up. But do so with the most jaundiced of eyes and establish a limit as to what you can be had for.



Tony can be found, or he’ll find you, in front of the Las Velas hotel (or the area farthest to your left). He has the red canopy beach tents (most others are blue). Tony likes guys like me that buys expensive Cuba Libre drinks in abundance and his modus operandi is to get a drink for himself for each one that you order, as well as the ones you order for the girls that he introduces to you. I’ve gotten him under some control as the Cuba Libre drinks he charges now are the 8k standard fee charged by the other touts. You should also know that he also gets a kickback of 20K from the girls that you decide upon. I often sit there and send back many a girl I didn’t like for one reason or another, but I’ve always walked away with a winner in the end.

I’ve probably tried all the touts on the beach at one time or another, but none have been nearly as good about delivering up the quality poontang that I requested. There is also another Tony (“Tony II”) nearby who is a slightly built guy and much shorter (also black). Tony II is not as bad, but is not as consistent with his deliveries of beauties.

Anyway, so long as you know what you’re getting into. It may not be too much to actually give Tony a jousting or two. But you have been warned.

CASA DE MARINO

Jacklyne at Casa de Marino 315 776 1768 has always been so kind as to continuously restock her girls each time I'm in town. She's always traveling to Cali, MDE and other cities to recruit talent and is an excellent resource for me. She's also helpful in recommending gals that work for her, and, as I mentioned before, her bar is famous for letting the babes walk around in thong bikinis to prevent surprises.

I also check out the other big casas like Manila House, Rosies and International House when I'm in town. These houses usually have one or two stunners, and are great places to hangout and drink.

Another excellent resource for me has been to always invite the GFE du jour to invite her friends to the discos or beaches. Believe it or not, beauties gravitate towards other beauties, and I've been able to meet several gal friends and to obtain several numbers that way, either surreptitiously or openly.

LDV

Finally, LDV is always a great place for some eye candy. I just go there to drink and stare, and I was actually flabbergasted that Smitopher actually never stepped foot in the place this trip --- something to aspire to. Sprinkled in between some of the professionals are really sweet, first timers. Many girls will smile, but it appears you need to approach them or make the first move. Totally a hit or miss type of proposition, but you can get lucky and your assured of seeing some amazing looking girls in there.

The guy makes my skin crawl. Numero Uno PIA.

He still is a PIA and coniving creep. I was complaining about the constant harrasment from the vendors with one of the chicas he brought for me, and she exclaimed "E TONY NUMERO ONO".

So what kind of fees are we talking in this casas like LDV? And how would that compare to "free lance" action? I am assuming there is free lance action in discos, beach, etc.

Concarne: LDV is more of a large bar, I didn't pull any girls from there this trip. The prices range from 100K to 150K and I usually pay something in between depending on the girl. Others have told me they can pay less, but 100K was as good as it got for me. The casas are cheaper, 60-70K ST. The peso there was trading at 2100/$1.

The 2100/$1 is at cambios. You can get around 2330/$1 from an ATM.
