Age is unimportant, you are paying for services so its your wallet that counts.

As far as mongering, Argentina is a beautiful place with beautiful women but mongering is expensive compared to Brazil.

Also I think you will find that in Rio the women are less inhibited. They will do things others don't generally do until they know you well.

Just stick to Termas and possibly Help your first trip and you should be fine.

Remember when going to Help, make sure your hotel won't hassle you when bringing back girls. Most in Copa are fine. Help can be a bit dicey when theres been a lot of drinking.
