Ah Victoria, brings back memories. Was there a few years ago. I remember walking over to Classy Ladies incall around midnight one night. Years ago I had involvement with an agency here. Merlin is correct, here the act of soliciting for sex is illegal but not the act of having or paying for it is not. There is a huge market here for escort agencies but many use the bait & switch tactic, which has really ruined it for many legit places.
