There are two major strip clubs in Jaco, Hollywood’s out on the highway on the northern edge of town, and Divas, above Poncho Villas downtown on the main street. You can BF girls out of both, but it is REALLY expensive. By the time you pay the door, but the required number of drinks and pay the bar fine and girl fee you are looking at around $300 US. Great places to see naked chicks, but a lousy place to get P4P. Oh, and NEVER run a tab with a credit card at either strip club. You bill WILL be much higher than it should be, and you WILL be forced to pay it. Pay for each drink or dance in cash.
We returned by way of Orotina, where we ate at my favorite little place in all of Costa Rica. Pollo Ala Lena. This chicken is to die for. I never go to the coast without stopping here to eat. Amazingly good food, and very reasonable prices.
Finally back to my house in La Legua de Puriscal, coffee in hand, kids asleep and relaxing on my deck I shot a quick pic of the valley as the clouds lingered near and the sun sunk away to the west. Life here is so simple and yet so different….
It is Friday. We head back to Dallas on Saturday, so I left the kids with a sitter and made a trip down to San José. Went over to New Fantasy on Avenida 9 and Calle 7. Selected a gal named Roxanne. A Nica. Not the prettiest girl in CR, but a strong 7 and with a nice rack and beautiful smile.
