Day 5:

It was Tuesday and I was feeling like crap and wanted to get some meds. Epi suggested I go to Pattaya International Hospital and I figured it would be expensive and not worth it when I just have a cold. I took his advice after breakfast and we ventured to the hospital.

Observation #2-Pattaya International Hospital

Let me tell ya, this place is amazing. There is no wait and within minutes I am discussing my symptoms with a doctor and the nurse gave me an injection of antibiotics. The entire bill came out to 800 baht ($20). The antibiotics alone would have cost that much at a pharmacy. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I did go back the next day because the injection didnt work and had a bag of prescriptions for about 1,300 baht.

ohh-- usually giving 1 day for antibiotics to get rid symptoms is a bit optimistic. Usually u need to allow for 3 days, then follow up with another 3 days of treatment to make sure u get the lingerers (leaving lingerers = BAD news).
