Well, as usual the traffic and noise outside the hotel woke me up at about 6 a.m. Went down to enjoy a fine breakfast and my morning coffee. The coffee in Cambodia was on the average much better than in Thailand, much to my relief.

I took a Tuk Tuk down to the Royal Palace. Today I planned on seeing both the Palace and the Silver Pagoda. The admission was fairly inexpensive (about $3), and I found a competent English speaking guide for $5 more, so off I went. It is a beautiful complex, and seemed to be fairly well cared for. Security was quite lax from what I could see, but that may be what they wish you to see. The blue flag was flying on the rear buildings flagpole, and I was told that this means the Ruler is in residence. Apparently this ruler is fairly new , single and only 55 years old, so there is much speculation as to when and to whom he will wed. The question of an heir was on many lips in the compound as the King is selected from royal bloodlines. I doubt he is an unabashed monger like we are though

The Royal Palace Complex:





The complex was beautiful. The main entertaining hall had a French Film crew shooting a documentary about traditional Cambodian Dance technique, so I got to see the show.





Next came the Silver Pagoda, so named because it has several thousand floor tiles each made of 1 kilo of silver. Pics not allowed inside, but since carpets covered 99% of the silver, it does not matter much. Here is the Pagoda and grounds.






After seeing these sights, I returned to the hotel. I had the driver take me back over to the “old house” as their was a hot little number there that I wanted to short time. She was there along with another little hard body. Their names were Lei and Lye (no kidding). I decided to short time both onsite. This may have been a bad idea though as once we were in the room, neither wanted to do more than peck me on the cheek, and jack me up to hard. They also tried to get me to wear 2 condoms, which I refused to do. I guess that if you have two girls, they figure you put on two condoms, and then when you switch girls, you just peel off the top one. I explained that I would change condoms when I switched girls. They looked at me as though I were a backwards child, since their way was obviously easier, but I stood firm and did it my way.

Tossed each in several positions and finished doggie. They took a shower with me (if you can call that little room with a sink and bucket a shower. The room as usual was hot and the shower water was cold, so I guess it averaged out… 2 girls, onsite was a total of $10 USD!

Went back to the Hope and Anchor for a late lunch. Bahtman and I went over to Le Cyrcee Club. This time I tried a gal that Bahtman recommended, saying she was affectionate and a good kisser. The hot bodied number from my first visit was all over me at the door, and again at one point I had 2 or 3 girls, just draping on me. It may just be me, but I don’t like overly aggressive women. I could not even reach into my pocket for a lighter, because they were so all over me that my arms were basically pinned. I finally shooed them away and talked to the two girls I WAS interested in. The gal from the first night (Linda) was annoyed that I went with the other gal, but that is part of the job, so she just had to deal with it.

Again the bill came to just over $20 for drinks, room and girl. She DID kiss, BTW, but was not very good at it. Oh well, the BBBJ was good, and she was tight, so it was no problem to pop in the short time allowed.

Over to the Jungle Bar and a great meal, and we were off to a FL bar called The Shanghai. This was a nice place and was totally packed. We found out why when we went in. It was the 5th Anniversary of the bar, so all the girls were in full gowns. I am unsure which of the girls could be bar fined and which were simple staff as they were all dressed to the 9’s.

They had a Food line all set up and for a couple dollars you could eat an amazing volume of food. We had eaten not long before so, we passed on the meal and focused on the ladies. They were absolutely beautiful. As soon as we got one to pose, they all showed up wanting their pics taken, Then the management wanted their pics taken, then the girls wanted pics with each of us, then each other and on and on until we were so pictured out it was ridiculous. We found out that because of the party, NONE of the girls could be bar fined, which was a bummer, as there were some total hotties there.

They were definitely hot and sassy. I would love to go back there again and have several of them for dinner! Unfortunately it was our last night in PP, as we had a 6:30 AM flight to Siem Reap. We returned to the hotel around 1 AM exhausted, for a very brief night’s sleep.

Two more thoughts.

You will NEVER find the majority of the ST locals without a guide. They do not have names, signs or reference points. The FL bars are not hard to find (DV8, Zanzybar etc.)

You only need USD in Cambodia. They do not use their own currencies unless you are in the neighborhoods that you probably do not wish to be caught in. All prices, everywhere we went were in USD. I would not try to use anything over say a $20 bill, and occasionally you get your change in Cambodian script. I took about 75 one dollar bills and some fives and all was good

I loved PP. The women were beautiful, the people cheerful despite their horrible history and the sad lot they have in life. There is a stoicism about them. Rather than whine about their situation in life as most do, they smile and go about making the best of their situation with remarkable enthusiasm. A great place to go, but less of a P4P location in my taste. Some of you will find this to be the ultimate destination as the women are beautiful and cheap. Others will find the girls too cold and indifferent. YMMV as usual. Definitely worth going to at least once for all as the experience was amazing.

Thanks for the good reporting! I will be hitting PP in 2 months and your observations are very useful. The girls do indeed look very pretty...was the quality comparable to that found in the ST places?

Ben seems pricey but do you think he is worth it in terms of finding the hidden STs? Good quality ones that is...

ConCarne, Ben is worth the $30 IMHO. Most of the ST places would never be found without a guide. You might ask somke of the others who have been here if they know someone cheaper who still knows all the little hide aways.

There were some incredible gals at the ST places. Many were on par with the gals at Shanghai's, but nowhere else had this level of consistency. YMMV as always

I've plugged Ben for awhile and still think he's worth it. In my earlier trips, I must've tried about 2 others before hitting it off with Ben. The others either spoke english and were not dependable or dependable but spoke bad English. Also, the thing w/Phnom Penh is that many mamasan houses seem to move around a lot. It's too bad Ben is charging $30 bucks, it seems a bit high but I know petrol is extremely expensive in Cambodia.

It is frustrating to go to Phnom Penh after having been in Thailand. In Cambodia you usually need to make the first move and I don't care how much you stare at a girl, they still expect you to come over and talk to them first. I've never had a problem with girls in Cambo not kissing, of course I never take them without testing them out first. As far as bbbj goes. I always stick with Vietnamese girls and make sure I ask if they "yam yam" before I ask if they want to go with me. Also, if you tell the mamasan what you're looking for she'll send them in your direction.

Great pics but would be nice to be able to see the girls total faces! Whats up with that? Great review of Cambodia! May have to include it in my coming trip to the area.Is it worth the extra $300 to $400 airfare from BKK.?
