I don't post too often because there is so much info about these destinations that it gets really repetitive and boring. But I decided to write about my experiences in Manila/ Angeles and give my opinion compared to rio at the end because there seems to be some big debates over them. I also believe there are quite a few newbies out there and since i have only started this pay 4 play activities 2 years ago i wanted to give a fresh and different angle on it all.

First, anyone who has thought of going but the 18 hour journey and 13 hour time difference stopped you(like myself, that's why i chose rio+costa rica first)Just GO.Its so worth it, and its not as bad as you think it will be. I didn't sleep the whole night before i left and i crashed pretty much 10 hours of the flight.Do take vitamins and whatever herbs you need to get your bodies immune system 100% because it will kick your ass if you don't. that's for any destination. if your around the ladies they will get you sick at some point. its usually not the sick like your in bed but its the sick that happens before the flu where you feel like shit and have no energy, like you just want to sleep.

Arriving at the airport like others have pointed out you need to take the mafia taxi. it costs about 500 pesos and its bullshit whatever, i hate complaining about money. I stayed at lotus garden. there is a lot of info on this hotel. they have 3 different hotels in 3 parts of the city. lotus is in ermita and is 5 minutes from LA cafe. Its comparable to days inn in the us. i personally was fine there. it was safe, clean, and $30 / night. Copacabana hotel is a shithole. its next to the heritage and across from the EDSA complex but who cares.it smells and the beds suck and its a dump.nice pool that's it. It doesn't matter where you stay in manila with a metered cab its 100-150 pesos from any hotel to anywhere you will go at night. just look online and stay at whatever hotel looks most comforting to you.

LA cafe is alive and kicking. There were so many young beautiful girls there i was actually surprised (18-21 yrs old.) the club upstairs has more lookers but they walk between both. my advice go up and down and sit where the hot ones are. they will come to you or get your attention within minutes. I must have heard "handsome boy" about 100 times that night. If you are a good looking guy they will grab you as you walk by. it becomes a little crazy (in a good way.) Some girls upstairs can be a little snobby, there is a backroom where a lot of locals(filipino guys) hang as well. but these girls are available also. I took out a girl who said pay me whatever she didn't care. You can easily pay 1,000 pesos they will ask for more but you should never have to pay more than 1500 but of course there are always exceptions. Its a fun bar to hang out in. kind of like an american college or dive bar with tons of girls.There are always girls coming and going and just when you pick one another one will walk in off the street. I hung out there for 3 hours sat with about 3-4 girls and drank a lot of beer. you can buy a little keg for the table for like 500 pesos. There were about 40 girls the night i went that were low mileage youngies. there is also a lot of nasty skanks.i loved this place and i would personally spend 3-4 days here because there was some real talent here even more than angeles and that same GFE.

EDSA i tried on my return from angeles but i will talk about it now. I went inside all the bars and scanned the room before i decided on bullets and arrows( i think that's the name) Its the newest one to replace my fair lady and at that time end of october it had the best looking girls by far. the other bars were also good and you can find a girl in every bar in EDSA that is hot. Little drink pressure but not bad. I was 1 of the 4 customers in the place around 9pm. there were about 50 girls dancing on stage and about another 30 or so taking turns about every 30 minutes like they do everywhere. they had some of the hottest asian girls i have ever seen in my life there. walking in there was like dreaming. 80 % had tight hard, bodies. none of this rice belly shit like in angeles. 1/2 of them had almost 6 packs for stomachs. The girls were very different looking as well. some looked ( and were chinese) others spanish, japanese, there was even a 5'11 black asian girl , it was really amazing. I called a few girls down to talk and out the 5 girls i chose 3 of them were very shy, boring, and seemed like they didn't want to be there. they were amazing looking but i am used to brazil i was looking for some passionate, amazing sex. kinda disappointing. So there you go. Amazing , beautiful, hot asian , mixed cultures but my experience was that it was very robotic with at least 1/2 of these girls.The problem i found in EDSA is that there is so much pressure to make a decision and you don't want to make a bad one. it takes so much time to invite these girls to talk with you and feel a connection that 3 hours later you just say fuck it because its exhausting.and you take the cutest one and she's disappointing in bed. This is one of the differences with rio. 90% of the girls in rio are passionate and amazing in bed like you cannot even imagine. (even if they don't like you they feel like they have to fuck the shit out of you because you are paying them, its like their ego or something i really don't know what it is,its in their blood, they are born with it who knows. in the philippines there are some very caring warm girls and some few that will rock your world but none like i have been with in rio.so many girls in philippines when they get back to the room are lazy. they look at you after they take a shower with their shy faces like they want to go to sleep. you can fuck the shit out of them but they wont do the same to you like the brazilians will. brazilians as soon as your done start sucking you off again, tell you to put it in their ass, fuck them from behind, they are crazy, and that's why i love them. i didn't see any of this in manila or Angeles. didn't mean i didn't love it there i did.Its a paradise also.i love asian women but they are for sure less crazy. But there is for sure way more woman in manila and in angeles than Rio. i have to go to fucking sleep now i hope somebody appreciates this!

You are not the first person to mention this about Brazilian women, and from my several trips to the PI, I would say that your characterization of the average Filipina bargirl is very accurate in this regard: They generally will NOT be uber-slutty and beg for MORE. They are for more reactive than pro-active and while I can't comment on Brazilian culture, I do think that this is fairly typical of Asian culture that the women are not generally sexually agressive. Doesn't mean they can't respond positively if YOU decide that you want more.

Re: passion and general competence in bed, even the prostitutes in the Philippines may not always have a lot of sexual experience, especially the younger bargirls. You'll find many that have had less than a handful of foreigners, many of which were one-night stands. For some mongers that inexperience can be a challenge and a turn-on.

The GOOD news is that when a Filipina gets into things there can usually be no mistaking that she's sincere in her reactions: They are TERRIBLE actresses! If she's writhing around, sweating and screaming "ahh SHIT" it means YOU are doing something right. No loading up on lidocaine while begging you to fuck their asses there.

I don't have much experience in Manila compared to Angeles, but it sounds like you could have done a better job picking girls too. I know in Angeles it's not at all difficult to find girls that are willing to do almost anything to please you. Their motivation is not always about short term cash but hopefully for a long-term support relationship, and they know the way to get that is to give their all with a guy to get him interested. LA Cafe girls are not generally known for being boyfriend hunters. This is not a criticism, just an observation.

My reaction to the place was that it is aging and a BIT rundown, but I guess I am just far more USED TO such things from my experience mongering in Mexico. The rooms are very large for the price and the location is fantastic, as can be the views.

If you wanna see a REAL shithole, try the Rajah hotel in Bangkok some time!

That's what he means. Some garotas use it if they are sensitive. I've only had one (out of too many to count) pull out the lidocaine. Most just go with the KY. Then, again, my little tool doesn't strike fear into their hearts...

Lgig, great start to what promises to be a great report, especially your recommendation to just do it and go to the Phils. But I always thought that most of the previous debates were actually LOS vs. RIO or LOS vs. Phils. All in good fun of course.

I tend to agree w/Porker about the allure of Filipinas being that many are fresh off the bus from the provinces. I've found no place with the turnover in the bars like the Phils, plus, if the gals are over 21 or so, they're considered over the hill. Some Hombres like me prefer that.

I also think the assertiveness of the gals in bed is a cultural thing as well, my experiences in Latin America bear that out. But that's not to say that some Pinays, especially ones that have been with you and feel comfortable with you, can rock & roll in bed with the best of them.

I kind of like the Copacabana, a good value for the money; certainly not a shithole. I've stayed at many of the nicer places like Heritage, Oxford etc. But the Copa apartelle is huge and I like the fact that it's not too crowded or touristy. They have some decent rooms in the top floors in the back.

I stayed at the Copa for five days and actually became good buddies with the door guys. Very friendly price, and I had a real nice room on the very top floor with a good view of the city.
Great pool too.

That being said, I've said it before, and I'll say it again, The Oxford Suites is the finest hotel location in the world, that's right, the world...

Everytime I have gone to the Philippines, my ass has been kicked up and down by sickness just like you said. I have tried everything from exercise, vitamins, diet etc. As soon as I get back from my trip, its down to the doctor for some antibiotics. There was even one time when I was pissing fire and leaking white, ugh, a horrible experience and one in which I was waiting at my doctor's door the minute it opened. Well, that wasnt quite caused by jet lag (and more caused by not wearing a condom). Its a test, I feel, to just how far a guy is willing to go for a cheap lay.

I had the same experiences the first time I went. The pressure to choose, the unpassionate lays, etc. You have to go back a few times to really enjoy the place and learn the environment. Its hard to explain how to get the girls to act like those pro american filipina porn stars you see in the videos, Leianni Lei, Charmagne Star, Mey Yu,etc. You just have to experiment. Try different approaches, different attitudes, etc. Do what works best for you...

Here is what works best for me. I try to find only positive minded pinays. If when I walk in, they are smiling and waiving at me, thats a plus. If they come over to my table and talk, another plus. If I see any unmotivated and/or negative behavior, then its time to move on and its back to the stage for that one. When I find the motivated one, then I move slowly and take my time. A little negotiating beforehand is also a good thing. Ask how long they plan to stay and drop the hint that extra performance=extra pesos.

I would like to go to Brazil. I have not gone, to be honest, because Im not that attracted to latinos. However, you are not the first one to say how the Brazilians have an excellent work ethic. I admire those with a good work ethic and work hard for the American dollar. I would also not like to sit in a bed for a week with some fever of unknown origin. Im up to giving south america the good old try.

Would you use the same strategy in Tijuana, with the ficha drinks? Even at $7 for a tiny drink?

In Tijuana, I usually prefer to warm 'em up by dancing with them.
