My first night in Pattaya was close to the best vacation nights I can Imagine. I met a wonderful very cute intelegent little girl (22 Yr)named Tak. After a couple of drinks in her bar we left after bar fine and walked and talked and ate in one of the many seafood joints on walking street. Her brother whom we met while walking paid for dinner. He is something like construction manager on a big project downtown and makes a pretty good living for Thailand. These people were great. Very polite and explained much about Thailand to my newby self. They invited me to join them at a Thai club named X-Zite. We drove there in brothers extended cab Nisson Pickup with fantastic sound system. It is a pretty good size club with good Las vegas style entertainment. No nudity or anything close. We drank scotch which they brought in and I paid for the mixers, coke and club soda. I have never been a scotch drinker but this wasn't bad. There was a cover charge for me and they were free. Cheap, I think about 150 Baht. One custom I fell in love with was when one person drinks everyone in the party lifts their glass and drinks. One thing I saw that was interesting was when it was busy the brother would pour me a drink but never the girls. He would motion for the waiters. Another thing quite unique when I went to piss this guy in the restroom walks up and puts a rolled up warm hand towel across the back of my neck. I'm thinking what the fuck is going on. Well after a couple of shakes he unrolls the towel and walks me over to the sink where he and a buddy proceed to pound my back massage style and crack my back. whole process about 2 min. and of course tip time.
Same process second piss. I'm sure its their tip trap for Gringo's.
The show lasted a couple of hours with no breaks only changes in the acts and the whole time Tak is either holding my hand or rubbing my back, nothing sexual. When we talked there seemed to be real interest and always good eye contact. Her English was almost as good as the girls in my hotel but not quite. The brothers beautiful wife or girlfriend, spoke fairly good English and had been to San Francisco years ago.
When X-Zyte closed and I can't even think about the time but it was late, Tak says she wants to sing a song. Well I have this microphone in my pants I'm thinking of showing her, but before long after a short drive, we're in a very dark Karaoke club. I am the only guy over 5'8" in the place and without a doubt the only Westerner but I was never worried in the least. Again they brought in the bottle and ordered mixers. We had a couple of plates of food and I have no idea what I was eating but very good. They were amazed that I could eat the spicy Thai food. Every once in a while I would have to wipe a tear away or extra sweat but I loved the food. The girls sang a couple of songs and sister senses that I'm getting tired and suggests we leave. They ndrop us at the
corner of 2nd street and Soi 8 as my hotel is just down Soi 8 and it is one way in the wrong direction. As we walk down Soi 8 past a 7-11 Tak says she must go in and I'm thinking Oh No Tampax run but no she got a tooth brush.
In the room it is some very romantic style kissing
then of course the shower me first her after. Its amazing to me being brought on whoring in Mexico how personnally hygenic these people are. When she brushed her teeth it was a full 3 min of brushing.
We met at the foot of the bed and had a great very memorable passionate lovemaking session. Not just fucking but lovemaking, followed by joint shower after which I feel deep asleep. When I would stir she would readjust herself to get as much body contact as possible. About 10AM or so I woke to the feel of her sliding down for a morning wake up BJ. WHAT A PLACE.

Could be as my ability to understand Thai is nil. But in TJ when does the Padrote ever spend any money or drive customers around. I don't know but whatever we met the same couple the next night at another Thai club on the south side of Soi 2. In this place we Tak and I partied with some other of her friends at an adjoining table. She had a bottle on hold and once again all I bought was the mixers.
Later in the night the "sister in law" or whatever showed up and later still the guy is there. Whatever the relationship was it was very interesting from my perspective. The sis was very good at explaining what was going on and at the end of the night they again gave us a ride to the hotel. This time to the door.

I absolutely hate the gay dudes who pretend to massage your neck while they are staring at your dick as you try to piss. It makes going to the bathroom torture. You almost never see them go for the Thai guys if a farang is anywhere near. The Thai guys also almost never leave a tip , but just try to get out of there as a farang without dropping at least a 10 baht coin.

If you are out with a group of Thai's that are fairly wealthy the more dominant one will usually try to pick up the tab , but they also expect you to fight them for it. They will insist on paying, but if you do not offer it is a major strike against you in their eyes. If you go out multiple times or to different places you need to keep trying to pay, each time more agressively, and he will defer payment to you on occasion. He will never " ask" you to pay or wait for you to reach for the check. That's bad form for him.
If you just tag along and let him pay for everything you will not be held in very high esteem.

Thai culture can be a field of landmines for farang.

ahhh, the infamous fight to pay for the bill in order to maintain "face" scenario.

The Chinese and Thai cultures have some similarities.

What happened to days 3 & 4?

Days 3 & 4 are under title Tdogs virgin trip and was actually the first posted. One of these days I'll finish the final 7 days.
Since this was my first trip report I did'nt post correctly I guess.

You are just trying to make me jealous, right? I have 17 days and15 hours and assorted minutes until I leave for Thailand and I am already climbing walls. Every report, comment and chat seems to promise that this will be the best trip yet and I just can’t wait.
