Great place to stay....for an hour....it's a "love hotel," one of hundreds in BsAs that rent rooms for short term liaisons...

Belo Horizonte is the love hotel around the corner from Cafe Orleans. These were both 40 pesos rooms ... good for 2 hours and include a condom (but bring your own, I think the quality is not great).
The one with the chair mounted on the wall in the alcove is room 504. The one with the telephone booth and tire swing is 605. I've seen others with dance floors and disco lights. I think there are some with jacuzzi for 50 pesos.
Stay away from the 30 peso rooms because they are worn down and in disrepair.

You can find discount coupons for many of the love hotels at http://www.viphotels.com.ar/ Just print out the web page, you don't need the card.
A love hotel is "albergues transitorio" in spanish.

Belo Horizonte is a city north of Rio, about 45 minutes by air. The hotel name is the "Hotel Horizonte."
