Ahh, Thailand!

I had but a week, but managed to fudge a bit on the travel days: arrived in Bangkok midday on Friday and spent the weekend there, then shuffled off to Pattaya for weekdays, returning to Bangkok on Friday and departing Sunday afternoon.

Dave the Rave's a great guy, and it's good to have a kickoff point, but, sadly, I pulled the trigger with a maid from the double-barred Rainbow, and, though I'd been reasonably thorough in the interview, found the girl less tantalizing than expected and ultimately paid her to go away so I could get a bit of sleep. The adventure really kicked into gear the next afternoon with a sterling soapie from a lovely and compliant lass who methinks could have been an Olympic athlete.

Most of my admittedly limited BKK experience has previously centered around Nana – once I was in Bangkok during a crackdown, and I was told that Nana was pretty much the only game in town. So that evening I decided to sample Soi Cowboy. And boy, was I glad I did. First of all, rates hadn't exploded (4-700 bf, 1,000-1,500 ST); second, the atmosphere was considerably more relaxed, both inside (far fewer punters) and out (like Field Ave with the odd elephant instead of traffic); and third, I found me a couple of gems. The most stunning (who, sadly, refused to be photographed) swallowed my tongue while humping me hard… and that was before we even undressed.

On Sunday, I went back for a shy newbie who had broken up with her boyfriend farang on Friday and was on her 3rd day in the bar. Such was her inexperience that when I asked her if she smoked, she thought I meant cigarettes. When it dawned on her just what to which I alluded, surprise! She said she didn't know how, but was eager to learn. All I can say is she was a quick study.

With each successive revelation, I found myself thinking that it doesn't get much better than this. But then it did get better, again and again. The week in Pattaya will forever be etched in the pleasure centers of my brain, bearing title 'The Schoolgirl & The Stripper'… But that, my friends, is another story still unfolding, so for now a few mundane reflections must suffice.

1. Yes, Bangkok prices have taken off. The Rainbows are ridiculous, as recently reported. At 2 PM on Saturday afternoon, with a scant half-dozen girls in fishbowl, Embassy's manager had the audacity to ask B 4,000. Soi Cowboy is the next-to-last refuge of reasonable rates and attitudes.

2. For those who are put off by sloppy seconds, consider this: popular Bangkok massage girls (especially at Teen, where they work 12 to 14 hours, every single day, and pay a B 2,500 fine if they miss a day) can do six customers a day, easy. TJ, anyone?

3. I'm still put off by the illogic of the Thai barfine system, wherein you can buy a girl a drink, but she must finish her dance shift before she can leave the stage; and even then she might not even come sit with you; and, meanwhile, anybody can stroll in and pay her barfine, even if she IS sitting with you, and she has to go with him. Makes you appreciate the simple elegance of Angeles.

4. There's something for everyone in Pattaya – a thousand somethings, in fact. With so many options, the challenge is having the patience to find what just you're looking for without being distracted by something you never considered.

5. Those interested in seeing girls with muscle control so sophisticated as to permit the accurate popping of balloons with darts, or those who prefer their dancers topless and with no panties, can find what they seek in Soi Cowboy and Pattaya. At some Pattaya bars, dancers alternate: one set in two-piece outfits, the next nude.

6. Angel Witch has the best shows (but not the best talent) in both Bangkok and Pattaya.

7. MBK and the two neighboring malls are Disneyland for those with a fondness for girls in uniform, since all but one Thai university (and all high schools, ye pervs) require them.

8. Performance? Even with a careful interview, you just never know, do you? But I can't complain on this trip: Even the Rainbow girl, my only less-than-satisfying experience, jumped on three times before I asked her to go.

9. Compared to Filipinas, Thai ladies are better actors. When pressed, almost all admit that they don't like the work, but do so matter-of-factly, without feeding you a Catholic load of guilt.

10. Yet again plunging off the precipice of generalization, I'll opine that Thai girls are often more elegant of feature, demeanor and disposition.

11. And their English is often as functional. Filipinas pretend to understand, and have mastered a few more phrases, but as for substantive conversation, same same.

12. You are the King of Siam. A little kindness goes a long way.

Great pics and TR. Too bad you can't post all your pics, some were very tantalizing. I also think there is something about the Thai gals that make then so elegant. And when they have those school uniforms on, wow...excuse me while I chase down my pooying to call in my favors :-)

Ah, your TR piqued my interest and reminds me that I need to get back to LOS again soon, exploding barfines and all. Good job.

I am convinced that many Thai BG's have learned that farangs like newby girls. It seemed every new girl I pulled last trip tried to tell me she was new in the bar or was a Univ girl who only worked part time. I think they have learned to play shy at least at the start and that's why they are quick learners. As someone who has had experience with several truly inexperienced girls (non pros) - believe me - they are NOT quick learners and take a long time to get comfortable with sex.
This is not to say your girl was not being straight with you - just relating that this seems to be an increrasingly frequent story .

I agree that Thai girls can be experienced without necessarily being in tune with their sexuality, and understand what you are saying about their often playing to expectations. While granted it's possible in this case, I met the girl on her second night at work, confirmed by club manager, though I didn't dally with her until her 3rd night.

She candidly spoke very good English because her former boyfriend farang had sent her to language classes for a year while performing the standard courtship ritual (visiting quarterly, sending money, meeting parents, promising to marry her etc.) She had just learned that he had a wife and kids in the States, and went to work partly out of spite and partly to show him that it was over.

She downed a couple of stiff drinks at the beginning of each night to conceal her shyness, and freely admitted that since her prior sexual experience had been mostly with her boyfriend, who was modestly endowed, her first three barfines were physically challenging. She quickly decided that it might be useful to focus on her oral skills, which certainly spared her a second round with me.

So she was indeed, as you suggest, fairly cleverly accomodating her physical and emotional discomfort. The outcome for me was perfectly acceptable.

I have be reiterating this a lot the last couple years, glad someone else agrees with me.

She's found at TG's I believe unless she changed bars. She's nice as well as a couple others from there.

I agree with you and Blazers about the level of sophistication between Filipina and Thai women. Some will disagree with me but while regular conversation can be a bit more challenging with Thai women, the conversations tend to cover more topics then barhopping and my nose...

Good work my friend - here's hoping we'll be able to hook up again soon for dinner at our favorite restaurant.

Frankly I don't look to bar girls in any country for conversation to satisfy my itellectual desires, I am only asking them to satisfy my carnal desires. Just too much cultural differences between me and some Issan, Samar or Indirmayu girl. What matters is who treats me the best and will screw my brains out.

BTW, watched a Japanese movie on the EVA flight back entitled "Nana", about 2 girls (a wide-eyed sweetie and a bad-girl singer), both named Nana, who meet in the Big City and become roommates, sharing their trials and tribulations.

Great report and really nice quality ladies. I have to admit that I almost abandoned my plans to visit LoS after a couple of recent trip reports. I won't name any names, but all I can say about the girls that were posted is "woof woof". However, after my trip and seeing your report, I have to say that Thai girls are just as hot as I had hoped, and generally had great attitudes.
