I used "Fly the Bus" to get back to Manila and still had nearly 4 hours until my EVA flight. This is by far the most third world of any of the aiports I have been to. Philippines is poor country but this airport is just totally dilapidated and inefficient. As for Jakarta, I think you’ll have a blast. Can't believe MX hasn't talked you into it yet. I think it is a nice one-two punch along with Philippines. Anytime I have more than 7-8 days for a trip I think a PI-Indo combo is order for me.
