Well, first of all apologies for the fact that my reports are not full of sexy pics etc. I always forget my camera for that Kodak moment. I have a memory like a sieve.

Anyway, I returned to Medellin again after being away for 6 months in sunny England.
The mansion has come on along way since I was last there. I stayed between the two places they have. I like the choice that you can stay at the main mansion if you wish to party hard, but if you want to do some work, or do your own thing, the Castillio is great for that.

I had been to Brazil with Sandman for 2 weeks then flew into Medellin, so I did an unexpected thing and didn’t have sex for the first week I was at Medellin. Actually to be honest I can’t believe I did this and now hang my head in shame!

It was great to see some of the same guys there again and hang out with them. There were a great bunch of chaps there and we went out to the usual places, ate loads, went to the gym and hung out at Face dos, San Diego bar and Chicago’s. I didn’t go to mango’s (I have two left feet), but I did get to see the mango dancers practice at the mansion a few times.

I went with a few ladies from San-Diego show and I have to say for 70,000 it was great value and had great service in the rooms. After you have been in once, they remember you and look after you well. It’s 10000 for a beer, but you don’t pay an entry fee. They do a lesbian show now and again too. It can be a little quiet sometimes, but you still have the girls in there and you can pick them before the others come in. I also use the place to get 1000, 2000 bills (near impossible to get elsewhere and great for taxi’s and tips).

Face dos is now the place to hang out at, due to la Isla closing down. If you liked any of the girls from there though, they are all now working at Face dos. It’s 150000 to go to the room. I liked the show and the girls are very sexy and hot. However I didn’t think they were very good in the rooms, I was not alone on this either. I had been spoiled from Rio, but the girls on the whole need to try a bit harder. Some of them would do the bare minimum and then ask for a tip at the end, tisk tisk….no! There are a few really fun, good performers in there, so qualify them first, or go by Bob’s recommendations. They charge 5000 entry, but have a policy of you have to buy a bottle of Whisky if you sit at a table. Also check your bill, some of the guys got charged above what they drank. I was with a couple of guy’s and we sat down at the table, third night in a row and they said we needed to by the 50000 bottle of Whisky. Honestly we’re not cheap, but one chap only drank beer and we drank coca cola, so we said no. They tried to insist and we said we’d be happy to leave and that we don’t drink Whisky. They were cool with it after a while and never tried that again when we returned. You can go to the bar and buy your drink direct from them and then sit down, I preferred to do this because you pay as you go and you get to know the barmen. One speaks very good English so he can help you if you so need.


The reason I returned was to see if I could live there.

I’ve been traveling since I was 10 when my parents put me on a plane to Brunei and decided to keep traveling thereafter. I was lucky enough to discover South America 7 years ago and have been hunting for a place to live for 6 months out of the year.

I hated Venezuela (sorry).

I liked Chile (Iquique), if you speak good Spanish it’s a great place to go for a week or two. Go around January, February time, the non-pro action is very good if you’re in your 20’s 30’s 40’s. They have great restaurants and clubs and the ladies are fabulous! There are very few tourists so they are amazed and intrigued to see you there. I got invites to clubs, bars, homes, beach and house parties, everyone’s very friendly and it’s a safe place too.

Peru was amazing for the Inca trail, but that was about it.

I didn’t like Bolivia that much, although if you go to Lake Titicaca it’s kinda cool.

I loved the action in Brazil; you can never claim to have had amazing sex until you have been there!! But the crime is a problem and it’s really not safe at night. The termas are a great idea and I got very hooked on Luomo and 4-by-4. There is every kind of restaurant imaginable, so if you like your food, you’ll love it. Property prices are kinda steep around the tourist area in Rio though, so buying a holiday pad is possible, but no longer cheap.

Soo, Medellin Colombia! I liked it the first time and loved it the second. I’ve spent nearly 6 weeks there in total. I wanted to see what the place had to offer if you were to live there, so I didn’t chase the ladies as much as I used to. I went to restaurants, the cinema (they have movies in English too) and chatted to non pro’s in the bars. I really enjoyed this and met some fun people.
I met up with Hunter who was very helpful in telling us about Medellin (he knows everything you could possibly want to know) and he even showed us his large penthouse. Thank you; it was cool to meet another Brit over there, too few of us.

If you can’t afford to buy, entry level apartments in Poblado are around $30,000 Dollars up-wards, you can rent a nice place for around $400-$600 dollars a month long term. You would get a two bed apartment for that in a nice area. They are doing some serious new builds too that are of very high spec. It’s funny, because I’ve got to say that’s cheap! A garage recently sold in London for $250,000 Dollars, no joke, so for a British chap it’s really good value. You can stay at the Castillio (other mansion) were Bob is for a cheap monthly rate too while you look. Bob can help you with finding something too, they have a tendency to hike the prices up when a Gringo appears at their door to rent or buy. As with everything research research!!

I met a non pro and enjoyed hanging out with her. She came from a wealthy family and spoke good English. The great thing is you also get to meet their friend too! I hope to see her when I return as she’s hopefully going to teach me how to dance and speak more Spanish.

I also had a great girl from the mansion that was one of the best sex sessions that I have ever had. She was meant to stay for 1 hour and stayed for 3. She didn’t say a word and didn’t try to charge me any more. I didn’t have a gfe last time and am glad to see that it is possible if you hunt for it enough. Funny though, watch when the girl comes down with you after sex, the first thing she says to her mates, isn’t he’s got a big dick, great kisser, etc, but how much you paid them. I have a sneaky feeling the prices might keep rising if we don’t watch ourselves.

More and more people are looking to move to Medellin and I chatted to some of them. Colombia has and will remain to have the stigma of being dangerous. Certain areas are, just like in the states and London. I always make sure I take a taxi at night, don’t get drunk and wander around on my own. Don’t count my money in the street. Don’t tell the locals what I’m worth. Simple stuff really.

If you are looking to move there, the girls will do an arrangement of $1000 dollars a month live in girlfriend. I know a few people that are arranging this at the moment. It doesn’t mean the lady will be faithful to you, hopefully they will, but I met girls that were still working and being sent money by Gringo’s. It’s your call on that one. I would prefer to either have a non working lady, or just see someone every now and again and pay for it on demand. Then again I get bored easily.

Do I think you could meet the love of your life there? It’s just like everywhere else in the world, hope springs eternal! Some people will and some won’t, way of the world hey. You will have a great time, live very well, learn Spanish and have sex with a super model. The great thing there is that unlike in the UK if you break up with someone, there will always be another hot lady willing to take over from the last.

Hope this has helped in some small way, it’s just an observation of what I saw and experiences others have had there. I am looking to move there for 6 months a year; I would pop over to Brazil every now and again for porn star sex too. I think you could move there full time (Bob and Greg can help you on that one), I have businesses in the UK so I will not be able to do that. I live in the party place of the UK. It’s interesting because the magic can go sometimes when you move somewhere. I think switching between the two will help keep that alive and I will have a better experience overall.

No, it isn't the water. Just look at the statistics for the country vs. the US.

Here are your reasons:
1. 36% of US women are fat (Economist book of statistics 2006) vs. Colombia who isn't even in the top 100!

2. 50% of all marriages fail, 72% of all the marriages in California (my home state) fail vs. 2% in Colombia (Economist)

3. The cost of living in the big cities in the US are double or more to that of Colombia. If you are a little saavy in investing and you opt for middle class living, you can get away with living for the rest of your life on about $500,000 USD if you are in your 40's, even less if you are 50+. If you have a pension that pays you any decent amount, you are set.

4. US women treat their pussies like the Holy Grail. We have to go on a quest to get to them. Not in Colombia!

I'm a fairly normal guy that makes a good living, I just don't feel its worth it to work that hard for mediocre pussy. If you want a 9 or 10 in any US city, you have to earn 6 figures and spend like you earn 7! It just isn't worth it when I can hop on a plane for a few hours and be knee deep in it for $60 an hour.

I think sniper is correct too on the cost of living, quality of life. $500k would be enough if you invested well. They say about income of $30k a year in Mde and you can live well.

Don't even need to do that well at your investing. If you are an accredited investor, you can earn 10-12% with almost no risk.

I've been doing it for the past few years. You just need to have a high paying job or have a high net worth to play.

The only thing that keeps me from going now is that I have a business that is doing very well. But I'll tell you, as soon as it makes sense, I'm gone!

Accredited investor? Hell, you can be a dumb fuck like me. I have my money invested in Vanguard's Total Stock Market Index Fund that yielded 17.9% per year(19.2% for the 12 months ending 4/30/06) for the last 3 years. Since the vast majority is unrealized capital gain, the ultimate return is higher. Of course when the market loses, so do you.

True, you can get one mutual fund. Some of the risk is taken out unless the whole stock market tanks. Then you have a problem.
