I just got back from Macau a couple hours ago and will be writing this short report momentarily, but I'm posting this now so I have the link information to post in my Hong Kong report. This takes place after the first night/second day of my stay here in Hong Kong, Live...from Hong Kong, it's Saturday Night!

This one-nighter in Macau starts at the Ferry Terminal on Hong Kong Island less than 24 hours ago. All I have with me is my wallet, passport, and a shopping bag containing my toiletries kit, ang a single change of clothes. You can make reservations in advance, but unless it's the start of a busy weekend it's a cinch to just show up and catch a ride on a boat leaving in less than 30 minutes.
I had several goals for this mini-trip:
1) Gather basic info for the Rio Sauna and Sauna 18
2) Session at one of the above
3) Locate the action in the basement of the Lisboa Casino
Number three is there because I completely missed it on my first visit to Macau. When I couldn't find any girls, I assumed that they had "cleaned up" the freelancer action in the Lisboa. You'll see how I missed it by the end of this report.
The first thing I did upon arriving at the terminal was price the hotel packages vs the spa packages vs a la carte. The price for a one-way ferry ticket alone was 172 HKD / $23 USD. Next I priced the spa packages, they included a round-trip ferry ticket but the price didn't seem much different than a la carte while locking me into whichever spa I chose, neither of which I was familiar with. I ended up purchasing a hotel package at the budget East Asia. The 270 HKD / $36 USD was the same I payed last year for the hotel, but I got the ferry ticket at a discounted price of 160 HKD / $21 USD.
In retrospect I probably should have purchased the Rio package and will probably purchase the Sauna 18 package for my next visit, but I do still have some concerns...but more on that later in the report.
After paying for the ticket and voucher, I breezed through security and immigration and was boarding the ferry in no time at all. The ferry was rocking a lot in the rough water on boarding, but 80 minutes later and I was passing through immigration into Macau. Outside I walked past all the hotel shuttles to catch a taxi from the street.
I'll note here that on my previous trip I got raped by a private taxi that charged me 50 HKD for an 11 HKD (flag drop rate) ride to the nearby Casa Real. The ride all the way to the East Asia on the west side for this trip cost me only 24 HKD using the metered taxi.
After putting my bag away in the East Asia, I took a brief walk past the Ruby and Forsum hotel brothels. I didn't get a good look at either, but the selection at both seemed to be supressed. There appeared to be far fewer girls available than I remember for that time in the evening.
I caught a cab to the Lisboa where where I circled the Casino and looked for an entrance to the basement. I wondered for a moment if the CH reporters where coordinating some cruel joke on me...I still couldn't find any girls.
From the Lisboa, I walked to the Freelancer Street near the Fortuna and Restaurant Imperador. There were plenty of Chinese girls out and plenty of cute ones. The Russians were gathered at the restaurant as expected, but they were relatively few in number and mostly unattractive. There were a couple of nice ones last year, but no feasible options last night.
At the Rio Casino, I made my way up the escalators to the sauna. It's better to take the elevator, though. Prices were higher than I expected, approximately 1500 HKD / $197 USD standard and 1750 HKD / $230 USD for models. Knowing my recent pickiness I knew I would be choosing a model.
I then walked to the Golden Dragon Casino where Sauna 18 is located. Prices were insignificantly different. I had read a tip that the Rio currently had the best girls, so I headed back over there.
The check-in seemed awkward to me. After arriving they have 2-3 guys hovering around watching as you undress so they can take your shoes and help you hang your clothes. It didn't seem like I'd be able to grab my camera without it looking very suspicious.
After showering and brushing my teeth, I was led to a lounge area where I was offered a menu for drinks, food, or spa services. Foot massages, pedicures, and similar servies seemed to run about 130 HKD / $17 USD each. Drinks and a third of the menu were free while some entrees were quite expensive. At this time I was only interested in the girls.
After making me wait a while, they brought out the models. There were only about 10 of them. Of the 10 only one was a stunner, but she didn't smile. I asked to see the rest of the girls. After dismissing them, I had to wait about 15 minutes, but the guy never came back. Someone else decided to help me, but I had to specifically ask to go see the girls. I wasn't very impressed with the staff service here. Part of the problem did seem to be language barriers.
I finally was taken to a room where I got to see the full lineup. For the price I was paying I decided to pick the stunner afterall. I found the selection here at 10pm on Monday night to be unimpressive overall, much lower than I had seen at Darling and Big Boss last year.
The stunner I picked was a Mongolian named Sally. Her body was a little less impressive outside the suit, but it was still nice and her face still gorgeous. I can't describe the session as GFE, but I did have a good time since she had decent acting ability and good technical skills. It's too bad I didn't have my camera to take pictures.
On my way out I noticed some guys with cell phones, so it is possible to bring a camera back, or at least a phone with a camera I assume. I will keep that in mind for next time. I ate some free food, got a little rest, and surfed the internet (CH was available, but I didn't feel like posting last night) before cleaning up and heading back out to continue my evening. Although I had a good time, the 1980 HKD / $260 USD after taxes I spent stung a bit.
I made my way back to the Lisboa where I finally found the freelance area. I will update the topic later to give more details, but to find this place here a couple suggestions to make it easier. #1 Enter from one of the hotel entrances on either side of the casino, but not the casino itself. #2 Follow the signs to the SHOPPING ARCADE. The freelancers walk through the shopping arcade hallways on the GROUND level, not the rooms of the basement level as I had pictured from what I read earlier.
There were a few attractive girls, but at 800-1000 HKD ($105-$132) they were barely more attractive than the freelancers that were quoting 500 HKD less ($66 USD). They also seemed very price sensitive, a couple that I considered put no effort in negotiating when I declined their opening bid. I found their snobbish reaction a turn-off.
I headed back to the Freelancer Area and wandered around until I found a cute spinner I liked. I got some good pictures of her for later posting, but the service was only average.
I couldn't sleep, so I spent more time at the Lisboa in one of the cafes then a few hours hanging out near the freelancers. As it started to get light out, I did a final check at the Lisboa, there were still a few girls working here at six in the morning, one of which was pretty, but I declined her 1000 HKD quote.
I only slept for a few hours at East Asia before deciding to check out this morning.
The Lisboa had a few girls working around noon, but none I was interested in. Freelance Street options were also more limited, but I ended up going with a very persistant girl with an OK face but very nice tits. She had an unusually high amount of saliva worked up and drooled on me a couple times, but other than that she was very good. I also got pics of her, but she's not as pretty.
Before heading to the ferry, I decided to check out the budget Hou Va sauna. I found it with a little effort, but it's either only open in the evening or is currently closed completely. It was a bit harder to find an empty taxi in this area, but eventually I found one to take me to the ferry terminal.
The ticket back was 140 HKD / $18 USD and security/immigration was only slightly longer than it was coming over. I got back here to Hong Kong a few hours ago.
Well, this took longer to write than I expected. It's already 6pm and I have some 141s to visit. I'll post the photos later and probably add a few details I neglected trying to write this in under an hour. Time to get laid!

I found the Lisboa girls to be a little elusive myself. But when I found them what a sight to see a stunner parade. On ocassion they'll come down to 500 HKD, but it's rare and ususally the not so good looking ones, so I've never taken a Lisboa girl.
I've gotten FLs from the adjacent walking path for 300 HKD and good looking ones too. I think the London hotel had the best selection of women at 300 HKD, but I've had good ones at the Ruby. Late afternoon/early evenign seems like a good time to go to either of these places. But then again it's all hit or miss.

d'Artagnan,
DOes anyone speak Portuguese there these days, or is it all Chinese?

D'art, good suggestions on finding the Lisboa basement, the Lisboa hotel can be a maze. But once its found, there will be no doubts whether you're in the right place.
I was half hoping that the quotes from the FLs in Lisboa for $800-$1000 HK was temporary, but it seems like the norm based on the recent reports.

Thanks for the report. I really got sticker shock visiting Macau after going to China. Knowing your guys taste I am sure you will love the selection of girls you get for about 200 HKD walking the streets in Zhuhai.

I'm sure it's at least 95% Chinese. The only Portugese you're likely to hear is recorded or from tourists.
I'm going to be suggesting referring to the Lisboa freelance scene as the Lisboa shopping arcade rather than the Lisboa basement. The basement terminology really threw me off as I was looking for some huge room located below street level. The maps and signs in the hotel refer to the area as the shopping arcade and it's easier to ask for directions to the shopping arcade than to the basement.
I really liked Macau last year, but this year it just seemed way overpriced for the quality available. I do plan on hitting Jakarta or a city in China on my next Asia trip, but that probably won't be until sometime next year.

The FL Lisboa girls in the basement at the eatery area / arcade should be HKD500 for ST. Perhaps, its your accent or .........
Its not possible that the prices have shot up that much.
Even at that 500HKD, its really much too much when you can get across the border in Zhuhai, similar quality (not as well dressed and made up) for 200 RMB (a little less than 200 HKD).

Crazier, my last two trips to Macau, in 2005 and 2004, the FL in the Lisboa were demanding 1000 ST, and I couldn't get any to budge. The white guy tax there is outrageous. I won't bother visiting the Lisboa anymore.
Macau is changing, due to the massive influx of new tourists, and getting more expensive. It isn't quite the great little mongering destination that it used to be. I need to check out Zhuhai and Changping for the much cheaper Chinese pooying.

I just saw on CNN Steve Wynn's new mega-casino in Macau opened today. Another Las Vegas mogul is also opening (or opened) a mega-casino. It is expected Macau will become the gambling capital of the world within a year or so surpassing Las Vegas. This can't be good for the price structure.

M,
Last I visited this year briefly, the prices were still a miserable high 500 HKDs at the Lisboa. Yes, you are definitely being asked "paleface prices" in the Lisboa.
Fortunately, I had just come out of Chang Ping where it's said to be more expensive nowadays, but, way below these prices as reported by Mx in his FRs.

LA Guy,
When I was last in Macau the Sands was open and work was being done on more casinos so it will get bigger but I don't see it surpassing Vegas in a year. I mean where would they put the Luxor? Macau is only so big.
But I agree as it becomes an international gambling destination vs mostly one for Hong Kongers, prices will go up especially in the massage parlors.
FLs and West Side hotel girls will go no higher than 500 as the newer tourists will stay close to the casinos and/or won't be resourceful enough to find the hotels. That's BigPoppa's forecast or whorecast for the coming year or two.

Thanks for the update. It's been over a year since I've done Macau or Chang Ping (I was in Macau last week but not mongering).
At the time I remember it was 400 for one 800 for a threesome at the Lisboa.I remember trying to negotiate a discount for the threesome and was told they get 800-1000 each (even back then) from the Japanese.
Plenty of pretty girls in Zhuhai last week on the walking mall street they have there. Didn't get a chance to check the prices, as I was with family.
