You'll likely be spending a lot of time in Recoleta with it's many restaurants and late-night club action. If you're staying at Etoile, you'll actually be in Recoleta. Practically everything here is within a three block radius, so once you get here, you can hike it between any of the places in the area. All taxi drivers know where Recoleta is. If they are where you want to be dropped off, just tell them "Cine". They'll drop you off near the movie theatre which is about in the middle of where everything is.
Blacks
on Ayachucho, between Quintana and Av. Alvear
Blacks was my first stop on my first night in the city. Since this was a last minute trip, I hadn't done a lot of research into where to go and what the places were like. I had a map with a few places marked, but really didn't know what to expect. About the only think I knew about Blacks before walking in was that there was a cute blond named Olga that worked the door. Sure enough, there was a very hot blond working the door. I chatted her up shortly before paying the cover and making my way upstairs. The club was well decorated and clean, but much smaller than I expected. Top girl while I was there was maybe an 8.5 and there were a number of doables above 7 in looks, but most received a small ding for lack of eye contact and smiles. Had I read up on this club beforehand, I would have known that Blacks has a reputation for high prices and girls that may be a little stuck up. I did manage to catch one girl's eye who was watching me and smiling. I smiled back, half hoping for her to approach and half hoping she wouldn't so I could continue to scan the talent interrupted. She didn't, she just smiled and stood there. I was caught off-guard by the vast difference in my treatment here versus the girls fawning over me in Rio termas. I found out later from a reply by Sakebomb to my post in the Black's thread that there is a rule that prevents the girls from appoaching you. A lot of guys seem to be down on this place because of the high prices (up to $200 US from what I hear, I didn't ask any girls) but I still think it warrants at least a look because of the higher talent lookswise. I never made it back to Blacks after the first night.
I left Blacks and headed down Alvear towards Ortiz. I turned left and found Etoile. I then crossed the street to find a bunch of restuarants. I didn't notice Newport and ended up walking right past it. When I got to the corner, I noticed the Affaire sign so went in there.
Affaire
on Guido, between Ayachucho and Pte. R. M. Ortiz (Ortiz Roberto M)
The cover charge for Affaire was good for three drinks. Affaire is like a small strip club. I did a quick walk through before taking a seat on a couch near the entrance and ordering a beer. I wasn't too impressed with the selection here, but there were a couple 7s. One of them seemed really surprised and happy to see me. I smiled at her and she came over and sat down next to me. Turned out this girl was Dominican and would end up being the only black girl I would see my entire trip. She wasn't the 9 I was looking for, but she was aggressive and friendly and did have an exotic look. I was also a little tired from walking around all day, so after having a drink with her, I took the Affaire girl back to Design Suites.
All of my Buenos Aires sessions were good with DFK, BBBJ (except Isabel), and passionate sex. There was nothing that really stood out about my session with the Dominicana.

I made another stop in Affaire on another night and saw a potential, but she seemed much more interested in dancing that talking with customers, so I didn't bother.
Newport
on Pte. R. M. Ortiz, between Guido and Quintana
Newport is a freelancer bar that occasionally has live bands. The crowd here is more mixed and it has a lot of normal tourists wandering in and is right next to all of the restaurants and downstairs from a dance club. I came in here on three different occasions, but never saw a really good selection. There was one 8.5 and a couple 7.5's with the rest of the quality rapidly declining. The 8.5 was a voluptuous, tan, brunette Brazilian with large tits. The first night I saw her, I had just come from a session and didn't want to return to the hotel so soon. She seemed too professional, so that may have been a good thing. I ended up coming back to look for her later in the evening, but I missed her. I contemplated her on another night I saw her, but decided to seek out a friendlier girl.
Sodoma
on Vicente Lopez, between Azcuenaga and Larrea
Sodoma looked completely empty when I first walked in, but the club and girls actually were downstairs. I liked the layout and feel of this place, but wasn't overly impressed with the talent. Again some girls hovering around 7 and 8, but most lower in quality. I also spotted an 8.5 here with a nice body, but she also was much more interested in dancing than talking. In several visits here I never found anyone I wanted to take.
Solid Gold
on Azcuenaga, between Vicente Lopez and Guido
Solid Gold has a dance floor and bar area on the ground floor, and a performance stage upstairs. There were some cute girls here, a couple in the 8 range, but I didn't really like the feel of this place. For one thing, I guess there were working girls and waitresses, and the waitresses didn't leave with customers but still would try to get you to buy them drinks. I sensed an underlying drink pressure here (for girls) that I have only experienced in Tijuana bars and at Jools in Makati, Philippines(although nowhere as near as bad as Jools where EVERY girl asks for a drink for her and her friends).
I ended up seeing a transvestite show here (singing and such, not sex) which was mildly entertaining, but I didn't like the drink situation so I only came in this place twice and never took a girl out.
Playwoman
on Azcuenaga, between Vicente Lopez and Guido
Just a bit down the street from Solid Gold is Playwoman. Playwoman was easily my favorite club in Buenos Aires that I visited. It's not a very big club, but there was a nice selection here while I visited. Since I was in BA such a short time I only took two girls from here, I could have easily taken at least two others that were worthy.
Marisol was the first girl I took. She has a kickin body, but her teeth aren't as nice. Still, she was friendly and passionate and highly recommended. Godfather did her too and had a good time with her.

Ayelan almost lost my interest for not being as flirtatious as I like while I was interviewing her on the couch, but I think she sensed my wavering and moved in close for the kill. She looks much better in person than in my photographs. As you can see, Ayelan was not much of a natural model, but she was good in bed and that's all that really counts, right?
