I took my first trip across the border to Nogales(10/01/02). I've been reading posts on several websites, and being new to Phoenix, I just couldn't wait any longer. Since I do live in Phoenix, I figured it would be an all day trip. I left about 11:00 am and arrived within 3 hours or so. Felt totally unprepared, although I had read tons. I knew I wanted to go to La Conga, based on all that I had read, but didn't know how to approach the taxi driver about it, so I walked around the main streets for a good hour, lost as hell..... no map...... real good planning on my part.

I finally went up to a tax driver(I now know where all the 1980's Chevy Caprices got to), and told him I wanted to go to La Conga. He just grinned real big and said, "Ahhh, muchachas!" This made me feel at ease. I don't know much Spanish, but I know some basics. I could tell this dude knew exactly what I was looking for. We agreed on $5 for cab fare.

I arrived at the club not knowing what to expect. A big fella was waiting outside the door. I guess he doubled as the bartender/proprieter for the girls. He invited me in and handed me a beer for $1.50. Then immediately, an older skinny woman sat down beside me and started rubbing my leg and my crotch. Of course, we went through that whole crap about buying the lady a $5 drink, which is about 2oz. of orange juice and a straw. I didn't want this woman, but I didn't want to tell her to bug off. So I bought her a drink w/o bitching. I just didn't return any of the affection she was giving me. I could tell the bartender/manager was getting impatient. He was wanting his money quick, I guess.

I noticed several nice looking girls. None were 9's or 10's, but most were about what I expected. I noticed a pretty woman, about 25 or 30, in tight black clothes w/ her hair up walking in and out of the door. She walked by me, and I reached out and put my arm around her and pulled her to me. I told the bartender, "get this pretty girl a drink." I didn't mind paying $5 for this glass of cheap juice. By this time, the older gal got the hint.... I could tell she was a little hurt, which wasn't my intention. She smiled, thanked me for the drink, and got up.

I asked the manager how much it would cost for me to spend some alone time w/ the girl I picked. He said $65, which made me trust the place, given the fact that I had seen this price quoted as their rate on message boards before. I handed him $70 and told him to keep the change as a tip. He was very happy now.

The girl said her name was B-something. She didn't speak English at all, and I could never understand her pronounciation of her name, though I asked her 3 times. She led me around back through the gate and into a small, well-lighted bedroom. She couldn't find a condom, but being the genius I am(j/k), I had brought along 2 condoms in my pocket. We stripped down, and she worked on me awhile w/o a condom until I was fully erect, at which point she placed the condom on me. We spent about 30 minutes together, in which time she let me kiss her and touch any part of her body I wished. All the time she was smiling very nicely. We finished up and she french-kissed me and thanked me. I was so impressed with her service and attitude, I tipped her $10. She asked if she could keep the extra condom, lol. I said, "sure."

I hope I get to see this girl again. I plan on visiting Nogales again shortly. She wasn't the hottest girl I had ever seen. She had kind of a saggy belly/stretch marks. I figured she must have had a child not to long ago. But I'll tell you this.... I'm willing to sacrifice a point or two on looks for a great attitude and willingness to be playful along with the customer. I've had my fill of un-affectionate/cold/hurried SW's in the states. From now on, I'll stick w/ women who are affectionate, take their time, and who seem to enjoy it. It makes the experience so much more pleasurable and memorable.

After I was finished, I wandered around the central part of town for awhile, listening to a few bands in the little park. Very relaxing, esp. w/ the nice breeze blowing. I started walking around town trying to find a place to sit down and have a few beers. I then passed Rio, and all the pimp hounds came after me, bugging me to death. When I refused another woman(was about out of money), they offered everything from drugs to jewelry. I said, all I want is a beer. "Come in here, senior. Get beer and watch naked ladies. I said, "No! I just want a BEER. No ladies right now." I gave him a dollar and he took me to a bar called, "Reggies." Very nice bar. All locals and cheap $1 draft Coronas. Had 5 drinks then left.

When I left Reggie's, a hound from Cherry's found me and started in on me.... following me around like black death. By now I was lost, and knew I needed to be heading for Phoenix, so I told him to show me the way back to the border crossing, and I'd give him a tip. He was a very nice guy. Just annoying as hell. He took me to the gate, and I gave him a buck, and promised I'd check out his goods next time.

I plan on going back very shortly. I think I'll go down on a Thursday or Friday afternoon, grab some action that night. Stay in a nearby U.S. hotel, and then go back around lunch the next day for another round or two, before heading back to Phoenix. If you're gonna drive that far, might as well do what you're there for, right?

If you're going down to spend the night next time, you may as well spend it in Mexico. I suggest Hotel Granada. It's about 4 blocks from the border. Quite the monger friendly place.

And for goodness sakes man - hit some clubs next time! If you've read anything here, you should know by now the titty bars in Nogi are essentially brothels. Most of them will even let you bar fine a girl out of there, for about $300 ($100 to the bar, $200 to the girl - for 2+ hours of her time). And if you need to go on the cheap, you can usually find someone to help you get a girl to your hotel for $100/hr or less. You can do the closet sex thing in the clubs cheaper still, but that just doesn't do it for me.

As for the street hawkers, they're ever present. You might as well get upset at the Sun for coming up in the morning, if you're going to let them annoy you. My suggestion - let one who speaks English help you out. Hell, it'll only cost you a buck or two to keep him happy. He'll keep the other hawkers from hounding you, and as he guides you to where you want to go, you can pump him for information about Nogi, girls, etc. And you won't wander around lost for an hour. ;)

Good report. I never knew other border towns were similar to TJ until I became a ClubHombre member. One question though, is Nogales virtually the same layout as say, Tijuana? Assuming you know what Tijuana is all about.

And by reading your report, again I'm on the assumption that you travelled alone? Is Nogales a safe place for the sex-adventure monger?

The reason I'm asking this is because there is a very likely possibility that I'll be travelling through that way in the very near future. ( refer to my TJ trip report)

Be careful driving back after all those beers. Typically they will stop you 30 minutes North of Nogales on I-19 for a border checkpoint. If you reek of beer they can call a cop if one is not there. Stay at Granada. The manager Aberto will get you anything you want there. Just be careful as he is gay. Check out the strip clubs and discotecas. When all is closed go to Tecolote. Find a pretty girl and bring her home. If you want a guide call Jesse.

Masterbates: I don't know how Nogales compares to TJ(since I haven't been yet), but I would assume Nogales is on a much smaller level. It's nothing to make a huge road trip for. It's just convenient if you're on your way somewhere or live within a few hours. I did travel alone, but it was during the daylight. I felt completely safe, but if you go to La Conga, take a cab, because you would have to walk through some rough looking areas. Most of the other clubs are very close to the border, and witin easy walking distance and in safe areas. Cab fare $5 or $6. As always though...... in any country... be aware of your surroundings.

Roberto: They did have the stop North of Nogales set up on I-19. I wasn't legally drunk. It had been a few hours since I had my drinks. The BP guy just waived me through. Thanks for the hotel recommendation.
