Part II
Sorry; I may go off on a tangent here or there in this report. Pieces from my pasts trips may appear here or there.


Having read every possible scrap of info on this site prior to my first LOS visit. I would like at times to drop a pearl or two if I could. Every hotel Internet computer or Internet cafe I have been into in my visits to different cities in LOS has shown me one very big thing. Clubhombre has a lot of subscribers. When I look in the "History" section of previous users sites visited. ClubHombre comes up ALOT. Of all the posters I see in the LOS parts of this web site. They do not come near the numbers of people who use this site for info and never post a word. I was one of those people until recently. So; having said that. I try and put in some tidbits for those who are thinking about but haven't made the plunge to go.

Having started off with a good first 24 hrs upon my arrival in Bangkok, it was time to head off to Pattaya. Also; an observation on this visit so far as well.

I was here in October last year, I must say this is my favorite time of year to visit LOS.


--Mild Weather. Not Hot. Transient rain is a welcome change. Humidity is very tolerable.

--Crowds. What crowds? Nana and Pattaya are pretty empty. Not good for the girls. However; great for us. This is more than just a buyers market.

--Hotel availability seems pretty good.



Freelancer is dusted at 9 am. Headed down to the business center for some Internet access time and then onto the buffet. Fester needs hydrated and nourished to be able to come out and play later. As with most larger hotels the business center and buffet are first rate. Back to the room and prep for deployment down to Pattaya.

If it had been earlier I would have headed up to the Dynasty to check for availability on the Pattaya shuttle. This is my preferred mode of transport to and from Pattaya. It has been mentioned on this site elsewhere. I have always found availability on this shuttle, and the price is good. However; on this morning I didn't feel like calling or hustling it over to the Dynasty to see. Vacation right? So, I will just grab a taxi to head down to Pattaya.

So with bags in hand I step out of the MG and onto Soi 2. I hail the first cab off to my left that I can. Now; when it comes to me taking a taxi for anything more than just the airport run, I have two requests. And they are:
1) King Power Air con.
2) Seatbelt.

I am a total air conditioning whore and like seatbelts. No I am not a"big boy" either. I am 5'10 and 170. I won't write a dissertation as to why, it's just the way it is. Having said that; these are two good way's to keep your taxi rate down to a minimum. I will give a destination and await his quote. Of course I will balk with appropriate facial expression as I hear his quote. Then I ask my two questions. They always look at me funny. I ask to have him demo his air con and belts. I have found that the air con is up to my standards about 75 % of the time. As we all know however; taxi's rarely have belts. I am honest with them per their car. The price goes down for no belts and I will balk at most aircon's even if they seem good. I will stand up and start to look around as if to look for a new taxi. Sometimes this is legitimate or sometimes just to get him down off his price. This tactic has seemed to yield good results for me time and again.

(Side note): Instead of using the name Joe Blow or Mac. I usually refer to younger Thai men as "Johnny Thai". Please don't send flames about racial BS... It's just a simple name I use when I do not know the man's real name.

So, off we go headed to Pattaya. Now; a couple of words about Johnny Thai my cab driver. This guy had the most immaculate public cab I think I have ever put my ass into. Aahemm; "immaculate" is a relative term when referring to a Thai cab. However; you could tell this guy did his best to take care of his cab. It was as clean down to the crumb as possible. It didn't take very long to notice that Johnny was a textbook AR individual. He had set patterns for everything he did. To keep this short, I will only touch lightly here. He was spot on with the Air con. He must of checked it 3 times a minute to make sure it was cold and pointed directly at me at all times. If I was independently wealthy and lived in Thailand. I would hire this guy on the spot to be a permanent driver on the payroll. Most people don't care about these things. However; for me when I am on vacation this was just one more thing that continued to make this a very enjoyable vacation. He was tipped accordingly and explained as to why.

When I travel; I tend to do a tremendous amount of self reflection on my life. No distractions just me, myself and I. I really enjoy any portion of my trip that is solo. This trip was no different. So my mind drifts off in the taxi ride down to Pattaya. Still a bit miffed at myself from my fubar last night. I decide to try and reflect on every girl I have banged here in Thailand. Could I actually remember every face and try and tie in there voice as well. This take's the better part of the ride down. So; step by step I go and relive everyone. Some great, some not and some that had potential. Ahhhh; and then there was my trip to Poseidon in Bangkok. I should make that a mini trip report in itself. In conclusion; I only came up with two encounters that I wish I could shit can and redo. I can only kick myself for those. On my first trip over; I "burned' Blazers LIST into my brain. And over trips 2-4 I got burned twice for not following that list. I was faithful and happy trip one. But; then I get I got a little uppity with my bad self and strayed. Now; they were not great transgressions against his commandments, but nonetheless I paid the price.

Tangent Alert....

Looking back now, damn she was sweet. My first LOS girl. Well; during low season I walked into Nana. Sensory overload. Cut to the chase. I didn't realize it at the time, but it was really slow that night. I stumbled from place to place. I ended up in carousel or carnival? Third floor right side as you enter Nana. It was about 1am. I on the other hand am not linguistically gifted and although I can speak a bit of Spanish and comprehend much more when I hear it, Thai is a whole other planet in itself. I do stand in awe of people who can pick up new languages and can use them in varying situations. So we chat as best we can. The low down is she is from Bangkok and is 23. Has worked here in Nana for about 3 months. As with most is saving money to go to school or so the story goes. No sick relative story. My understanding of the Thai school system at the time was limited, now I know she had finished their version of High School and wanted to go to the next tier. She wanted a fashion design major and not a business major like her parents. Wanting out from under her parents thumb she moved to live with friends and here she is making ends meet. She is not the 9-5 type. Of course all of this could be untrue. But either way made for interesting conversation.

Ok, on we go. We are here to fuck, right? Off to the shower she goes. Now I am about to do something that some of you will or won't like. It's something I do whenever I feel appropriate with a new girl in any country. If she leaves her purse on the table, then I go thru it. PERIOD.... I am about to make several decisions on what I will or will not do with this hottie. DATY, DFK, Sans condom?????? I am only taking a cursory look for condoms, medications (antibiotics), drugs, cigarettes and anything that has red flag attached to it. Her purse is clean. Heading down to Pattaya we were at near space shuttle speeds. This was a Saturday and I couldn't figure out why we were the only one's on the highway. It was just eerie to say the least. I thought for a weekend there would be more, but very very few of us. Did bunch up a bit nearing pattaya. Construction and it did delay us. It seemed to be on going. Mental note for those heading from Pattaya north who are on a time schedule. Give yourself extra time. Arriving in Pattaya during a torrential downpour. Johnny Thai obviously has never been on beach road, well not in his cab anyway's. I do have the Sandy Springs mini map I printed off their web site. Handed it to him and let him go to work. Took a little bit longer working ourselves down to and around beach road. Arrived at Sandy Springs and checked into my Sea view Suite. Now I wouldn't call this a suite. More like a double room. However; it fits my needs pretty good. SS is centrally located for what I like to do. I will be here the next three nights and haven't a clue what will be happening.

Accommodations, locations, reasons, pricing and etc, etc, are discussed at length throughout this site. I won't re-invent the wheel here. I will say that I have stayed at many hotels all over pattaya for different reasons. I find that SS just fits my overall needs more than not. Details where appropriate otherwise, nuff said.

Ok; so here we are Saturday (like it matters) about 3pm or so. Raining like crazy out. Having not slept much since arriving, now is the time. Water and sleep follow until alarm at 8pm. This is usually the "lag" day from hell for me, as my body tries to adjust to the new time zone. Usually I chill out and do whatever on this day. However; this is a snatch run. So it's up at 8pm, room service and SSS. I like to keep the female details to mongering but, I must sidestep that for minute here. It cannot be said enough that in Thailand you will find some of the most beautiful woman everywhere. I ordered room service twice on this stay. In the past Johnny Thai always' delivered.
