For my buddies that wondered why I passed on AC this trip, like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words:

On this trip to Jakarta, it dawned on me, that despite several previous visits to this fascinating city, I didn't even come close to exploring everything this City has to offer in terms of our hobby. I’m beginning to suspect it’s one of the few places for the hobby that can rival Thailand in terms of the sheer number of venues and quality poontang available. I mean, every fricken bar, disco, KTV, spa is choc-full-of working girls, and some of the larger venues in Jakarta, and to a lesser extent Surabaya, easily ranks in the top tier for finding the trophy fucks that makes this hobby of ours so grand. I say this without visiting ALL of the countless-upper tier spas and the innumerable “Bule trail” venues in South Jakarta. Ironically, speaking with guys on other sites, many of them seem to think that the assorted “Bule” bars in South Jakarta is it and rarely venture to all the great places written up on this site. You'll hardly see other Westerners in the Kota or Penjay bars and it can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but the more hotties for Hombres like us the better I say.

Anyway, I had to settle on going solo this trip due to my crazy schedule. Although I sorely missed the usual cameraderie, I kept my focus on keeping myself busy by seeking out new adventures with nothing more than my 10 word Indonesian vocabulary, my 4 bottles of Silver Patron, and oh yeah, the 2 million rupia wads that never seemed to quite fit into my wallet.

Since there are so many quality reports on many of the basic venues in Jakarta, I thought I’d provide some different and new observations on the new and old places. I’ll start off by sharing with you what a typical day in my usual 16 hour monger adventure began.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MERLIN – "CIALIS DON’T FAIL ME NOW"

The first NEW thing I discovered this trip is that high-quality-Poontang is available into the WEE WEE hours of the night. Always thought AC was one of the few places where 6am boinking happened. But boy was I surprised! Actually discovered some grade "A" quality late AM action. Since most of the bars and discos open after noon and close between midnight to 2am each day (Indo is Muslim lest you forget), I always assumed (never “assume” as it makes an “ASS [outa] U ME”) there was a finite number of hours to get in as many trophy fucks as humanly possible.

But I was definitely able to push the extreme edges of my physical ability to monger this trip – 16-18+ hours of heat seeking activities a day, during which I did 4-5 STs, consumed 2 small meals, downed 1 Indian knockoff Cialis pill, and imbibed more alcohol laden drinks than I can remember. The usual or typical day was as follows:

9:45 am -10:00 ………………………….get up, get dressed, down Cialis, and grab a bite to eat.

10:00 am-12:00 noon……………………Go to SANDS Massage

12:00 am – 2:00pm, ……. ……………..[ST #1] hit up (a) Melawi Spa or (b) Sierra or Angrekk or (c) BM or (d) all of the above (Obligatory)

2:00pm – 2:15pm…………………. …...Rest (optional)

2:16 pm – 4:00 pm ST #2…………….. [ST #2] hit up Travel Hotel (NO other option) and loiter

4:30-6:00 pm ST #3, must go to one or all four of the Penjay Bars, Loiter

6:00pm-6:15pm ………………………. Rest/Snack (Optional)

6:16 pm to 8:00 pm…………………. . [ST #3] Visit (a) BM (b) TC or (c) Madonna or (d) All of the above (compulsory)

8:15-10:00 PM………………………..[ST #4] Check out (a) KTVs or (b) Stadium

11:00 pm to 12am…………………… Check Out Crown Disco or the “Bule Bars” [optional]

12:15-4:00 am…………………………[ST#5] (a) Beeline to Stadium Disco and Loiter on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors until a sensatino of passing out occurs or (b) Pull a LT if still horny or (c) all of the above. [Absolutely Mandatory and a Must]

To be honest, I don’t always shoot a load each ST session, but no one will ever fault me for making the most-Herculean of efforts to do so each session. That Indian knockoff Cialis helps, although, they gotta have some standards for making consistent dosages b/c one night it seems like it has no effect, but the next night I’m panicking as my woody gets aroused every five minutes at the slightest provocation.

One night, I deviated from the above referenced normal routine by getting talked into going to a “local’s” house by a moto driver. The place was a non-descript house up the road from Travel Hotel. As we drove up, the driver says the magic word and the garage door opens. CREEPY ass place with even creepier dudes with crease marks on their faces indicating they didn’t smile too much. I ventured inside alone (moto dudes was prohibited entry based on his informal attire), and they had several rooms and a stadium style seating area with about a dozen girls, two of whom were "Hot damned" lookers in my book. But the pricing! The older dude says to me in what seemed like mixed Indonesian-English-Turkish, that he wants 600K for two hours with the usual– “these are not the skanky, crack whores off the gutter that you’re used to” sales pitch. After expressing my disgust and leaving (they thought this was a bargaining move), the old dude unexpectedly reduces the price to 300K and promies me the “VIP” room, which looked like an upgraded broom closet. As I tried to make my way out, the proprietor dude and his buddies seem a bit ticked off at what appeared to them was another uncouth hardball bargaining tactic on my part. Finaly, had to think of a lie, "Need Rupia, BANK, BANK, come back". Don't know if they understood or not, but got out unscathed and nearly fell off the back of the moto trying to mount it from behind like how the cowboys used to do with their horses in the Western movies.

STADIUM DISCO

So much for the first new discovery. Well, as I stated earlier, the best late night action for the wee hours of the morning was clearly Stadium disco, which was laid out as follows:

SECOND FLOOR: They actually turned this place into a small disco/music lounge – dark, with loud music, and lots of shiny tables and chairs as well as sofas. Separate DJ, but the same old Indo techno music. They open after 5pm and stayed open until at least 3am. On some busy nights, it was elbow-to-elbow partyers and working girls (indiscernable who was who). And although it was free on slow nights, you had to pay cover of 50K to get in on the busy nights, this includes a free drink. I swear they must of had 50+ girls each night I went (even the slow nights), and saw a few girls in there that were in the category of "tasty-morsals". Cost was 285K ST and 985k LT (LT gal graciously stayed up all night and stayed until 9am; got in 3 [attempted] pops). Here are a few representative pics.

Ironically, the 2nd floor Mamasans had the power to conjure up and call down girls from the 3rd floor, the restroom, off the streets, the kitchen, or some waiting room area for picky Bastards like me that didn't like the displayed inventory. They had slightly differing lineups each night, with the busy nights having many more girls it appeared.

FOURTH FLOOR DISCO: You gotta pay a cover charge (50K for busy nights and 35K for slow nights), but you get a free watered-down-drink with admission. Best of all, these girls are available until like 6am or later and they had about 50+ girls up there each night. Since the music and the lighting is only tolerable as you enter the disco (by the bar), that’s the area where several mamasans do their sentry duty and where pandamonium (sp) will ensue among themselves upon your sighting. This is where the working girls are stationed, and again, the mamasans had the power to conjure up girls "off-shelf" if you're a picky bastard like me. Some real mighty, mighty fine looking girls here if I haven't said that already. The cost was between 285K or 305K for ST (depending on if the room had a sofa), and these "business" rooms were 1 floor up from the disco --- where the noise of the disco can still be heard loud and clear. The rooms are decent, similar to the ones on the 3rd floor, but the rooms here did seem a bit smaller than the lower floors.

THIRD FLOOR: Previous trips, there were lots of girls here, cute girls; but not on this trip. Compared to the other floors, these gals seemed like the Jr. Varsity Squad to throw off the Muslim vice squad. No girls in the fishbowl area towards the back, the girls just sat around the couch or made their rounds at the adjacent bar with the Live Band. These girls went home earlier, saw them bailing around 1am.

Wow Merlin, fine looking women. I guess I'll have to go to Jakarta now, as I seem to be following you around the globe.

KOTA

As MX noted, the Kota joints -- BM, Madonnas, TCs, Sierra, and Travel -- were ALL jammed packed with “delectables” after the Ramadan holidays. It’s only been two months since my last trip, but I only recognized a few girls in all these bars. I could’ve easily spent the entire trip in just the Kota places and would’ve never run of “must fuckables types”. All the Kota places, except Sierra and Madonnas, must’ve had about over 100 girls each. Madonna and Sierra, although fewer girls in total, had some new pretty faces.

One thing different was that the Madonna club seemed to have changed their layout a bit on some nights. They now have a dance stage with several go-go dancers doing sets on flimsy dance stages. Unfortunately, after they did a few sets, the dancer gals came begging for overpriced vodka shots (60k a piece). Something different and worth a look IMO and I bet the dancers can had.

One of my favorite bars is BM, which has girls starting around 12:30-1:00. The number of girls during the busy time must easily exceed a 100. There are usually so many hotties here that you’re guaranteed “Buyer’s Remorse” on each trip. Here's a couple of girls from BM.

TC had a lot of new girls as well, but I simply hate that it’s so dark. Plus, the sessions are hit or miss type of thing for me here, one gal was so much in "pain" that she probits take off and then has the never to ask for a tip. The mamasans also seem a bit pushy for tips.

DON’T HAVE A FILIPINA-STYLE TANTRUM ON ME

Here’s another "new" thing I discovered. Never in my wildest dreams, due to my language limitations and cantankerousness, did I expect Indo girls would have the capacity and capability to go “Filipina” on me (on others possibly) — i.e. ballistically possessive. But this happened at Travel Hotel and Angrekk this trip and it’s frustrating as hell when your 10 words of Indonesian doesn't include "I'm fucking your friend, damn it".

ANGREKK, located behind Stadium disco, this place also opens fairly early, 12:30-1pm, and usually has more than a dozen girls. Excellent, Excellent service here. But it occurred to me that I gotta cut out the bad habit of engaging in post-coitus cuddling as I think this is what set off one gal to latch on to me big time. Thereafter, each time I visited, she’d sit herself down and throw a tantrum when I blew kisses at her friends; mamasan and the other girls just sat there and laughed and encouraged this outrageous behavior.

HOTEL TRAVEL: Hotel Travel just never ceases to amaze me, and it was no different this trip. There are ALWAYS at least a dozen or more top notch model quality girls here. There’s something so alluring about the girls’ in skimpy sarang outfits, all dolled up, and wearing high heels. I can literally spend hours here just loitering, before and after a session, just watching the girls sit around or flirt with customers.

Only problem is that this is where another gal went “Filipina” on me. Partly my fault as I had called her prior to my visit and allegedly, according to her, verbally acknowledged her as my “Sayang” (nice way to find out what a word means). Had to draw the line here as there were SOOOO many hotties to session with, but one gal (turned out to be her friend) said she didn’t want to go with me because of my “saying”.

KTVS ?

Got bored one night and decided to check out the KTV (Karaoke) places on the small street behind the building housing the Imperial Chef and Straw Hat Pizza. Interestingly, although not the best action in town, I actually had fun at the KTV called SUPER, which is a medium sized “entertainment complex” with a massage and KTV. I just walked into the KTV bar and saw about a dozen or more nicely dressed and made up girls sitting by the bar area. A couple of them were ample-chested and extremely cute. At first, mamasan tried to steer me to an adjacent room where they had glamour shot photos of the girls that you could choose for the Karaoke or KTV. I declined to go that route, and insisted I wanted to the girl that I saw walking into the room. Graciously, the mamasan took me over, and sat me down with the anointed girl for the hour and we actually had a good time flirting and belting out some songs in the karaoke. Later, since the gal and I were getting along so famously, I took her up. Paid 240k rupia, for an excellent session and a nice, big room.

The next day, I checked out the KTV across from Super called Nuansa Permai and chatted up the proprietor named “Alex”. Alex actually spoke understandable English and invited all of his 20+ girls to saunter past me for a looksie. Only one or two “doables” here to be honest; I chose a slender, spinner to sit and chat with but didn’t take her up. Very sweet girl who was actually very entertaining.

The KTV scene was interesting and a nice change of pace. The girls generally seemed less high volume (saw very few girls go up with customers while I was there) and it appeared some of them are actually fun hang with. Sweet girls and worth a look if you have time, but I wouldn’t say this should be your primary destination in Jakarta.

PENJAY BARS

Another must visit place for me each day were the Penjay disco/bars or the “Indo Kotah” area that the drivers seem to know it as. Taking MX’s cue, I now try to go early, around 4pm to 6pm as the girls are fresh and you avoid the cigarette burns which invariably result from the wall-to-wall drunk/smokers after 8pm or so. Again, since the two months I was last there, didn’t see more than 2 faces out of 100s and 100s of girls working these four bars. As MX noted, one thing new appears to be that some of these bars, on some nights, have skimpy Sarang type “uniforms”; whereas before, the gals wore street clothes. A nice touch IMO. One other “new” thing for me was that I actually found one of the lesser-explored bars, MTR Bar, to have a decent line up this trip. Here are a few pics of the Penjay girls.

I also noticed that the mamasan pressure to take up girls (as opposed to selling drinks like in other destinations) occurs a bit less at MTR and Royale Massae, which both have “fishbowl” areas to view the girls. Moreover, the line I use to fend of the mamasans “SUDA” or more precisely “SUDA CHIKI CHIKI” still seems to work – loosely translated to mean “I’ve finished sex and can’t get [it] up”.

Only thing that annoyed me a bit is that the girls seem to be so high volume here. For the first time in Indonesia, the Sari Ayu gal tried to rush me bit. Oh well, five thousand others to choose from.

Awesome report. You always have awesome taste and the girls love ya too much. Too many hotties to even comment on single one. I agree MTR is way improved, but our taste our eeirly similar. I pulled that same new girl as you did out of the large crowd - that cleavage is quite a hook. I recall her being quite a decent session although she turned out to have village tits.

OK I will continue to comment First BM is soooooo friggin hot! And of course the Anorexic big titty Sophie Loren face girl is the bomb.

It is funny how soooooo many think 5* and Blok M is the shiznitz. They are fun but if that was all Jakarta offered I would never go there. So I think it's imperative to note the downside to North Jakarta; these girls all have horrible STD's, demand you wear two rubbers, and there are tons of muslim extremist waiting to shower rocks upon your head while shouting "Jihad Jihad, Death to America." Oh and the traffic sucks really bad too!

Ack, but of course MX, and let's not forget the thrice a day police shakedowns, and don't get me started on the bird flu strain which is endemic only to North Jakarta, or the 18 foot king cobras they catch off Manga Besar in front of Sparks for the streets satays.

Hopefully, North Jakarta will never get inundated with mongers based on all the things I've been hearing and reading on other sites and others in "the know".

Nice pics of so many delicious looking hotties. I've been impressed with other shots of Indo girls before but this is the best "lineup" I've seen on this site. Great report!

Jakarta is amazing for sure, the beauty of it is you have the young hotties in North Jakarta, other brothel area, the discos, KTV's, spas and the bule pick up places, plus an insanely good pool of non-working girls desperate for action.

Fantastic report, Merlin. I'm going to be visiting Jakarta this coming year for the first time in 6 years. Definitely looking forward to it.

I sure wish someone could find a way to put together a map indicating the locations of many of the hot spots.

BD: I Xen's report on JKT has maps and is one of the best and comprehensive around IMO. MX's reports equally good about locations. Despite a half dozen or so trips, I still can't figure out the streets and directions in Jakarta (sun seems to rise in the west). Best to take biz cards from this site with addresses with you or use landmarks to get around.

Hey, the 4th floor disco's upper level rooms are at least one grade less nice than the 3rd floor rooms. But at 1am to 5am, those women are unmatched anywhere in Asia I have been.

BD-Look up MongerX, Crazier, Wicked Willey B4 you go. You will have an incredible (albeit humbling because for once in your life you will not know the language) experience.

These guys rule JKT and know everywhere there is to visit.

Trust an old friend. You cannot go wrong with these guys....and enjoy the sexperience.

Crazier, yeah, the 4th floor rooms were smaller and darker, but better than some of the rooms in other Kota places. Looking forward to hooking up again soon.

I've done stupider things in JKT. 1 Mill is not too bad if they serve w/fries (bit over U.S. $100). If I get drunk enough I'll try it out w/my $120 Chinese spa gal

MX has found a local place that serves an excellent steak for around 25,000 Rp (I don't remember whether fries were included). And the superb Marriott dinner buffet was about 130,000 Rp.--one time they had a seafood special for 160,000 that included all the lobster you could eat, and it was excellent. The Hilton's buffet is comparable (although not as good)--I'll have to try the Four Seasons' buffet (if they have one), sounds like the chef is creative.

I myself will forgo the burger for the other treats of Jakarta, those buffets are plenty good enough for any of us (the buffets at the hotels and the ones at the bars).
