I flew Thai Airways first class to BKK, my last trip to the old Bangkok airport. The first unplanned event happened 30 minutes before I was due to be picked up. I got a call from work saying there was a coup happening in BKK and there were tanks on the streets and martial law imposed. Not being one to put off a trip so longed for and despite advice from all around I continued as normal. The flight was great, I find Thai first to be very good, so apart from eating and drinking I slept all the way. The airport was extremely quiet and from touch down to hotel room was only 50 minutes. The ride in the Sheratons Merc, was the fastest I have ever done! As usual I checked-in, in the car, the whole process is easy and my suite at the Sheraton was as usual fantastic, as was the welcome and service.

The second thing that did not go to plan was soon to take place. I had met a couple via AFF (lets call the girl “F” who had flown to BKK to meet up and share a week of playing with each other and others. No baggage clearance like the old airport and much nicer kiosks. From check in to lounge is less than 100 meters, you check in walk a few seconds, pay your tax, walk a few more seconds, immigration, then a few more and you are in a huge business lounge. The bonus is when u go to your gate the walking distance is tiny, very well organized.

There were some very nice girls inside, but I think I got some of the best. It is not that dear inside, probably in line with Pegasus if I had known in advance I would have got one of their "packages" these work out better value. I forgot to report on one day of my trip so I will fill in here. I take this hobby very seriously, I am not young for sure, not long to the big 50 (and for that I want one hell of a party), but I like to keep fit as it helps no end in this game. I have to agree 100% on the dancing thing. I've got a few years on WW (but while I am still better looking, he is in much better shape..he he). Girls just really dig a guy that "will" dance no matter whether you "can" dance or not.

When I was much younger, my parents made me take 8 years of ballroom dancing. I actually enjoyed it and soon realized I could watch a particular dance and pretty easily pick it up, at least enough to fake it. And remember also, dancing is the only activity with a woman where you get to put your hands all over them for 3-5 minutes and they will thank you afterwards!

What was interesting about these girls is that after that first night, where money was an issue, apart from a taxi fare no money changed hands. I know BG and SG did turn the odd trick, they did why I was there. All of them with the exception of JL had sponsers too, SG had a big sponser, paid for house, car and everything. The surprising thing was they were very open about this.

My list of Supplements is detailed below, WT is the benefits to my Weight Training regime, H is the benefits to hobbying.

Sida Cordifolia

WT - Weight loss, increased energy
H - Energy, helps keep u awake

Often sold blended with Garuana and white willow bark. This raises the metabolism and needs to be taken with care and in a strict cycle, but I find it works well.

CLA

WT – Weight loss, increase muscle mass, lower Cholesterol

Tonkat Ali

WT – Ups Testosterone levels
H – Increase sex drive

There are many testosterone enhancers, but TA is natural with no side effects.

L- Arginine
WT - it elevates the secretion of insulin and growth hormone which are known for their of muscle building properties.
H – For an erection to occur, the nerves in the penis need to make a chemical called Nitric oxide and my understanding is LA contains this. Nitric acid is the substance in the body that encourages the spongy parts of the penis to fill with blood during an erection. Because the chemical reaction in the body creates Nitiric oxide from L-Arginine, supplementing with L-Arginine is believed to help stimulate and maintain erections.

L-Arginine is also involved in the production of sperm and is an extremely rich component of seminal fluid (accounting for up to 80% of it). Thus taken as a daily supplement, regularly is should increase sperm load.
I am not sure about the erection claims, but am sure it increases sperm load, if I took nothing else for hobbying this would be my no1 supplement!

Zinc

WT – Helps avoid cramp
H – Helps sperm load

Yohimbe

H- Increases Libido and sex drive

I am not sure about this one you will have to test it out

Creatine

WT – helps build lean muscle mass

Again this needs to be tken with care and in a strict cycle

Gingseng

WT & H – For energy and maintaining focus

QG was my least favourite, not as much fun as the others, but sure was cute. As for the supplements I will do what ever is necessary to stay fit and keep doing this until I drop ... whatever my age!

The last I heard of SG she was away with her sponser, will try to find out from JL were she is now and let u know.

WW, you just became one of my personal mongering heroes. Must admit, thought I was reading a sex novel till the pics were introduced lol. Great writing style and some fine women. Keep up the good work hombre, you just inspired my LOS trip 4 days and counting.
