Just got back from a very relaxing 12 days in Medellin. The mansion only had a few guests which made it quiet and relaxing. Greg, Robert and Boyd were happy for a few days of respite before the onslaught of the Christmas to NYE crowd that was scheduled to arrive today. (they are full at both places.)

Lots of chicas working the strip joints, massage places and street girls were abundant all trying to make a little extra Christmas money. A lot of the massage places had univeristy students on holidays making a few extra bucks so the variety and looks were above average. He asked for my passport; asked why I had been in Medellin, asked how long I was there; asked when the last time I was there; asked me why I needed a lap top on vacation; I answered all questions truthfully but volunteered no additional information. The questions were rapid fire as were my answers (short and sweet). He waved me past. He was also standing by the customs line after I got my luggage. The guy collecting the documents started asking me questions and the beefy guy interrupted and said I had already been questioned.

Profiling??? Who the fuck knows because I was the only gringo on a plane full of Colombians with families. Just glad I uploaded all my photos and videos before I left. They would have had a boring review of all my business files on my laptop and boring touristy photos on my camera.

Mo, I am using a Sony FS 828. Not the greatest camera but not a bad one either. Very user friendly. She has no collagen, just more lipstick than usual. The hair changes frequently so don't be surprised if you see her in red again soon. She still works at Face Dos but is always a regular at the Mansion.

I have access to an FTP server that I load to. Then, I have access to them anywhere in the world virtually. There are free sites all over the internet that will let you do the same.

This way, I don't carry them on my HD or have to carry and extra memory or externals.

Big key is a fast connection. A video can take a long time to upload/download with a slow connection. Photos are much faster (after editing and downsizing) but never as interesting as videos.

Holy christ, I almost forgot to mention.
