With just one day before I go home, some quick thoughts on my trip to Medellin. If you are not into non-pro girls, you may want to pass on this report. Last time I split my 3 weeks between Medellin and Cartagena. This trip was just Medellin for 3 weeks.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
If you want incredible sex that you will never forget, go to Brasil. If you want a wife, go to Colombia, just be prepared to live in Colombia with her.

REPORT
I took a little bit of a different approach this trip. I went for P4P as little as possible (to take the edge off) and dated non-pros as much as possible. Actually, the second half of my trip I did very little P4P because is was so weak. After I got over the age difference thing (somewhat) with non-pros, I found it relatively easy to get phone numbers and dates from 20 to 25 year olds. There were several very attractive 18 year olds that had no problem giving me their numbers. A little young, I just wanted to see if it was possible. We were walking in a mall one day and a security guard gave me a note with a girls name and phone number. The security guard said for me to go around the corner. I did and there she was, a cute 20 year old. We went on several dates over the past couple of weeks.

The key is spending time here and knowing spanish. The problem isn't getting a date, its having a conversation if you dont know spanish. Even with an interpreter, like Victor, it is a little cumbersome. I took Victor on several dates with me. I would highly recommend him as an interpreter. He wont get in the way and he is just a great kid to hang out with. Also, his english is perfect.

If you only have a week or so it is just too tough to go the non-pro route. It takes a few days to build up phone numbers, then after they flake on you once, go out 2 or 3 times before you hit it, it takes time. Its not like in the states where it is typical to hit it the first night. You might if you are super lucky, but for the most part if you are dating truly good girls in Medellin it takes 3 dates.

BTW, I think you need to be in shape and dressed nicely. Dont expect to show up in a tattered t-shirt with a gut hanging out and pull a 20 year old "good girl". Someone else said it here: if they dont want you in the states, they are not going to want you here. If you present yourself well, you can take ten years off of what you are dating in the states. Again, this is just my experience. I have heard if you go for girls over 35 with kids its a lay-down.

Not all, but a lot of the girls in Parque Llerras are pregago. One of the guys I hung out with learned this lesson the hard way. We were eating dinner at Basilica and he kept eyeing this really hot girl a few tables away. She was with a guy that was obviously not her date (later found out he is her gay brother or cousin). My buddy finally went up to her and we eventually joined their table. After about an hour he paid their dinner tab. She is obviously very into my friend and suggested she would call her prima for me and we all go to Mangos (that should have been our first clue). My friend then went on two or three dates with her with no clues to being anything other than a good girl (no sex). Sniper's girl met her and said right away she was a prepago and even mentioned the gay brother. So my buddy confronts her and now she is offended and says she has a rich uncle that pays her way. (another obvious clue). So they wind up flying down to Cartagena for a music festival. Somehow some old rich guy shows up. As they are driving in his SUV his girl is up front with the old rich guy and my buddy is in the back seat with the homo. Hmmmm. Later in the evening the old rich guy starts holding hands and kissing her. The gay guy keeps saying dont worry about it, they are old friends. At the end of the night/morning she goes with the old guy for breakfast and a fuck. My buddy asked the old guy about it and he said she is prepago. Surprise!! I have to admit, I didnt think she was a prepago. He couldnt make too big of a deal out of it because he needed to get back to Medellin. In the end he banged her twice and was out $2,500 US for airfare and hotel. To top it off he had his wallet lifted in Cartagena. Now that is expensive pussy! The weird thing is the girl acted like it was no big deal and still wanted to see my friend. I saw her last night sitting at the same table with the gay guy. Looking for a new fish I am sure.

I tried to keep as normal of a schedule as this kind of place will let you. I worked out everyday and tried to eat right (mostly). The gym had some smoking hot girls in it with only a couple of guys. I stayed away because I was told they are all kept women and not worth the trouble. Although many nights ended at 4am, most of the time I tried to get to bed by midnight. I didnt have any safety issues, although I heard of several really bad incidences while I was here.

For non-pros, I tried some different approaches this trip and ventured out to areas I hadnt been to before. I think I hit most every large mall here several times, a bunch of night clubs (not good) and centro.

On the P4P side, the performance was less than average. I think I only hit it 12 times and the best didnt even come close to the worst session I had in Rio. Very little kissing and mostly CBJ. The first week I went to Loutrons in the daytime and got the numbers from the girls I liked and just had them come over to my hotel on off days. I tried Fase Dos a couple of times and it pretty much sucked. San Diego was disgusting. I even tried the street girl thing just for the experience. Talk about a bargain. About 9 bucks plus 12 bucks for the room, but you get what you pay for.

SUMMARY
For the guys that have limited time or money and want to get your brains fucked out, go to Brasil. You will have the time of your life. If you want a 20 something, beautiful wife with traditional values and you are willing to live in Colombia, (take her to the states and you have a big fucking problem), go to Colombia.

After reading back over this report, it sounds really negative on Medellin, but that is just the way it happened for me this trip. You may have a different experience. My timing may not have been the best due to the holidays and quantity of girls. The value in this trip was what I learned about Medellin and more importantly, what I am looking for and what I will do in the future. I may be back at some point for non-pros only, but for now, I cant wait to get to Rio in July. Ready to go Whitty? AZ

Your experience with MDE P4P mirrored mine. While I have some issues with pursuing non-pros, I appreciate the unvarnished reporting.

These girls will lie to you while looking directly in your eyes and without cracking a grin,, they are pros and you will NEVER know it, they have little to no morals and you need to go through a 100 girls to find ONE "good" one. My plan still remains to live there, find a really goods novia, then just use pros to take the edge off if needed.

As my disaster in Costa Rica this weekend, following an excellent run in Panama back in September, can attest, the Colombianas make great eye candy but they don't hold up on the sexo front with brasileras. I'm more under the opinion now - which I first confirmed 3.5 years ago on my first trip to Rio - that Brasileras are the absolute, hands-down best at the art of fucking. If you like drinking beers, looking at strippers and picking a girl slowly in the club process, Miami is awesome. If you just want to go in, have a seat and have the chicas parade in one at a time to introduce themselves and show you their numbers, then taking your pic, Golden Time is excellent.

I think your right if you want a great girlfriend then Colombia is the way to go, but if you want to have the time of your life when it comes to mongering then Rio is your place. In my trips to South America I think Rio and hidden gems like Santa Cruz, Bolivia have a lot to offer at good prices. In my view Medellin is not the best spot to monger, I have had better time in Cali where I have been going from 2003 and can say that there are more options for mongering and better prices than Medellin. However, I will say that Medellin is a much nicer city, but then again Cali has both good mongering spots and good wife/girlfriend material. I also happen to know from a friend/owner of a agency in Cali that they not doing so great in business, I think people realize that more fun can be had in Brazil. Anyway, great report.

AZguy, I was staying in the same hotel as your buddy (great guy) and even met the girl and her gay brother at that Italian restaurant with bad service that always makes my stomach hurt (man I need to remember the name to tell people to stay away!). I would have to add that during the New years time in Medellin, it poses some unique problems with the women there. First off, everyone is in or trying to get to Cartagena. Anyhow, I own a house in MDE now and absolutely love it. But I agree 100% with your assessment. I think what helps the sex better is if there is a connection. And that means good Spanish so you can talk. As I have had some mind blowing sex in Colombia (but yes, admittedly, I have never been to Brazil-I am not or will I ever say Brazil i sbetter than Colombia. I simply have a house in Colombia for other reasons). I also think it is important to communicate with many of the girls through IM or email until you return. I am a work in progress here and definitely do not disagree with the sentiment that you should not bring the girl back to the states. However, if you find the right girl, anything is possible. Longo, Its even smaller, I was staying at your hotel as well. I ate at the same italian place the night before I left. I spent my last day with the receptionist from the hotel. The food sucked and the service was bad. I think that was the only meal I had in Medellín that was bad. I have to say the company was good.
