Now....I wish I never posted it.....and it has come back to haunt me big time! I didn't care about the feedback from the board.....as we all know it is a controversial subject....but nonetheless....it's a subject that will not die! Emma posts continue to be headliners on most of the boards.....whether we like the subject or not!
But anyways.....I expected crazy responses....and recd a little bit of everything! But no harm done.....because when you post sometime like that....expect anything and everything!
So.....the problem is not the board (to a certain extent)...but Emma! She was clearly aware the Video was going to be posted and the ONLY agreement we made was that I was not going to make ANY money off the video on the internet! With this in mind.....Emma apparently didn't charge me what she felt a Video of her was worth (20,000 baht or more). I gave her what she normally charges for short time.....I believe that was 2500 baht.....and I tipped her...but can't recall the exact amount of the tip. I was pretty buzzed at the time....
As matter of fact.....she would not give me a figure at the time I shot the video! Her only response was "it's up to you". Now....on this latest trip it has gotten worse! Since I am about to make a semi-permanent move to Pattaya.....I really don't need this over my head. If she wanted a payoff.....I was seriously thinking about giving to her...as I felt I don't need the hassle.
Nevertheless.....she wouldn't respond to me and I paused a bit and was about to just walk away. But what she tells me next.....throws me for a loop.....I couldn't believe I found myself caught up into this!
"I want you to go to jail, I don’t want your money.....making video in Thailand is not legal and you can go to jail.....I am calling the police right now".....she states as she is pulling out her cell phone!
I just remember reading about how a guy was arrested for making porn in some village in Thailand....and I also realized that she was correct in the fact that porn is illegal in Thailand.
All I could think about was getting tied up with the police and courts over this.....and decided to just leave! I played it off as if I didn't care and casually walked out of the go go after telling the guys I had to go.....As I walked out....Emma continued to try punch numbers in her cell phone. I was actually scared as hell.
Since then.....I have ran into the blond guy and attempted to explain everything to him. He realized I had sincere intentions and wasn't screwing Emma over. Moreover....he told me that he also attempted to try and resolve the situation.....but he indicated that Emma was very emotional right now and wasn't being reasonable! I took his number down and we agreed I should call him in a couple of days and see if we could resolve this all together.
I did call him back.....but Emma went out of town with a client for a few days and I agreed to get in touch with him when I returned back to Pattaya. He assured that we may be able possibly resolve this!

Well…let me get back to the trip report where I left off….the ladyboy incident happen over a week period…therefore, I have to return back in time….

“You better leave….your friend may get upset”…she replies.
“I don’t care what she thinks…but I do care what you think”, I state…with a continued serious look on my face. She appeared to start to come around and then insists it was not a problem. She insists I stay with Nok and call her later.
I gathered up Nok and decided to leave…..as it was just a little too uncomfortable for me to remain in the area.
Despite her comments, Bun does take any of my calls throughout the next day…..so I continued to hang out with Nok….as she was a cool girl to hang around with anyway. I ended up bar fining Nok for another nite. Bun happen to call earlier that night and indicated that she went out with a guy short time…but was available now and asked if I wanted to see her. After the sun started rising, we knew it was time to go.We finally make our way back to the hotel….
