Spent 10 days in Colombia, 6 in Cali and 4 in Pereira. Much has been reported on Cali already but I’ll provide an update of the P4P venues that I visited. Overall I have to say that I have found Cali to probably be my favorite city in Colombia for P4P, after having been to MDE, CTG, BOG and Santa Marta. Cali has a great mongering scene and from what I’ve seen, a lot less expensive then the other cities. Although Pereira seems to have a great scene as well. I spent most of my time there with a non pro novia but did hit a few spots and the women in Pereira are very beautiful.

First off thanks to Cubanut for the recommendation of “the secret place” It’s an interesting set up and worth checking out. Like he said..some like it others might hate it. There’s another place like it as well…hit me up if you want the info on it.

Also thanks to Inspector for a good recommendation on a private driver name Luis whose number is posted on this site. Luis turned out to be a great guy who knows the city well.

My first evening in Cali I checked into the Torre de Cali. Rooms here are very spacious and it’s cities tallest building. I ended up with a corner room with a great view. The hotel is full service but IMHO definitely does not deserve the 5 star rating. However the location is great, close to Av Sexta and right down the street from Eventos Liz and Clinica Doctor amor. The restaurant downstairs serves good food and there is a night club on site.

I showered, changed and was off to check out the town. After visiting Cubanut’s secret place it was off to La Piscina. Great place where you can kick back and have a few drinks in front of a pool and chat with the chicas. Here I chose a tiny 18 yo spinner named Mayra. One hour for 60K which was well worth it. This is a bar/strip club set up. I went here on a Wednesday. On Wed, Fri and Sat, between 5pm and 7pm they have a happy hour where they reduce the price of drinks, have girls dancing on the stage, and between every girl they raffle of a prize for money or for private time with the chica that danced last in a private room. They end the happy hour with a live sex show. On one end of the stage there is a lesbian show and the other end is a chica getting fucked by a guy. Only problem is there’s a lot of guys in there during this time. Prices to take a girl to a room on site are: 20 minutes for 20k, 30 minutes for 30k and 60 minutes for 35k.

Luis took me to this place and when I walked in there wasn’t much to chose from. Only three girls available. It’s set up like a massage place. I chose Alejandra who was cute with very nice tits. I purchased the “relaxing massage with oral stimulation for 50K for the hour. I believe the full package with sex was 80 K which seemed high. Plus I just wanted a starter before heading over to the Clinica Dr Amor. Alejandra gave a really good full body massage but the CBJ was very unenthusiastic. I could not finish with the condom so she proceeded to finish me off by hand. I would not repeat.

After that it was off to the well known favorite Clinica Dr Amor. Patricia was a smoking hot babe and the best I had in Cali. BBBJ, DFK, DATY, provided great GFE. One hour with her in a suite with TV showing porn, A/C, and a little disco light came to 65k. Again, great recommendation from Cubanut in asking for the VIP girls. I would not have known this had it not been for his report. Patricia gave me her cell number and we hung out later that evening, went dancing and came up to my room..no charge. Just a very sweet girl.

La officina: Phone number is 668 4093.
This is another place that I just saw in the newspaper. It made me think of a place in San Salvador of the exact same name. Named officina so a guy can tell his wife he is going to the office without lying. It’s listed as a reservado (house). Says they have air conditioned rooms. Not much more info except that.

I went back and repeated at La Piscina (preferred evening place) and Clinica Dr. Amor (preferred daytime place). These two IMHO offered a great selection at very inexpensive prices. But I’m sure there are other places that are as good or better as the scene in Cali is very vast. Here are some pics from the chicas at La Piscina.

After 6 days in Cali it was off to Pereira. Here I stayed at the Hotel Torreon for 115k a night which included breakfast. The hotel has a Megabus bus stop right in front of it also.

Periera is a very cool, friendly and laid back city. First night I was with the novia and we went to a restaurant/club called EL Mirador. Overlooks the city with a great view, good food and live music.

The second night the novia worked and went to school so I had a chance to get out and check out the scene. The cab drivers in Pereira are friendly and most willing to show you were the casas and clubs are.

First I hit the Barra Cultural. Located by Parque and Centro Commercial Bolivar. 10K cover which includes a nude/private lap dance. They have rooms in the back. I took two chicas for a dupla for 50k for about 45 minutes. After which we just hung out at a table and bought a bottle of Aguardiente which also includes two more nude lap dances.

Next day I went to a Reservado.

Did not get the name but located on Cra 8, between Calle 36 and 37. Nice selection of hot babes, about 12 with a/c in rooms. Prices were 30 minutes for 20k and 1 hour for 35k. Another inexpesive city with alot of gorgeous women.

On my way back to the hotel I tried riding the city bus called Megabus. It's just like Bogota's Transmillenio. Here I sat next to a long legged, light skinned natural blond with a very hot body and like many girls in Pereira and Cali, showing off skin in the midriff and cleavage. There seems to be more light skinned, light colored eyed girls in Pereira. I struck up a conversation and when I was going to get off at the hotel, she asked me to stay with her until her stop. I got off with her and chatted for a while and she gave me her cell number, told me where she worked and told me to come see here. Point is that the non pro action in Pereira seems to be excellent. Especially here they do not see many foreigners. Only thing is that a good knowledge of Spanish is a must unless you have a guide.

The malls in Pereira had some hot babes walking around. I checked out Centro commercial Bolivar, and La Victoria.

Also I went to a place with the novia called the Thermales of Santa rosa about 45 minutes outside the city. Very cool place with warm water pools and water falls. More of a couple's hang out though.

As far as transportation, the 3 hour ride from Cali to Pereira was unevenful with no problems. I would recommend if you go to the bus terminal to get a direct ride through a company called Panorama. They have private minivans that are comfortable and air conditioned and about the same price as the other cramped, crowded mini buses. I paid 20k for the ride. At the terminal they have a private office, with bathroom, water and coffee where you can wait for a ride and not have to hang out in the busy terminal especially if you are carrying luggage.

Great report and phenomenal pics, reminds me about needing to get back to Cali soon. I found Cali one of the better places to pickup non-pros. I've always thought the gals from Pereria were beautiful.

The metro area of Pereira is around 500,000 people. It is the most cosmopolitan of the three coffee valley cities. The other two are Manizales and Armenia. I use this site for population numbers: http://www.citypopulation.de/Colombia.html.

All three cities are quite safe and very livable. The weather is similar to MDE depending upon elevation. Manizales is a bit higher. Thus it is a bit cooler than MDE.

Pereira girls have a very good reputation for beauty and for being easy.

Manizales has a lot of colleges per capita. If you like college girls, come here.

AZ, I'm in CTG right now. I am moving to MDE on Wed. I bought an apartment in MDE and plan to spend most of my time there. Manizales is only about 4 hours away by bus.

I don't have much personal experience in these 3 cities. I rode a bus from MDE to CLO a couple of years ago and spent one night in each of the 3 cities. I was travelling with my novia. So I didn't sample the local chicas.

All three are in the range of 400,000 to 600,000 people metro. I thoroughly enjoyed each city. There is no bad place to troll in Colombia as long as it is safe. And this area is safe enough.

AZ, I was actually surprised how big a city Pereira is. From the restaurant I talked about "El Mirador", it looked like a city about the same size as the capital of El Salvador, San Salvador. Nothing like Bogota or MDE but a good sized city. What I liked about it is it seems to have the "Paisa" influence. Many of the women are as beautiful as the ones you see in MDE and speak with the same accent, but friendlier. There really are alot of beautiful women in this city. The weather is comparable to that of MDE as well but when I was there it did have a few rain showers. Some of the people I spoke to mentioned that unexpected rain showers are common.

Baypilot, thanks for the info. How much up front info did you have, or did you just go? Do you think it would be hard to crack the non-pros there? My guess is that in the next few years it will be harder and harder to hook up with a non-pro in MDE. AZ

I don't think that non-pros will become difficult in MDE, ever. Of course you have to have some time to spend. The non-pros in Poblado have become more used to Gringos, and most of them don't need our money. Thus it is easy to be ignored by the hot, young things there especially for fat, old guys like me.

MDE has a metro population of 3 million. There are many places where I am not ignored. Actually more Gringos probably wouldn't hurt, either. The girls will still have many financial needs, thankfully.

For the financial needs, I think you are better off with a Pro Tomtom.

Paisas are very sensitive to their plight and if you have a heart, you won't just use them because they need your money. That is why there are Pros.

If you sincerely want to start something, then that is different. But don't expect real love from them if the only thing you are offering them is financial stability.

Some of the girls in their 30's will overlook fat and old if you are genuine with them. But expect them to be a lot of work. Good Colombian women are far more work than their US counterpart.

US women demand more money, Colombian women demand more of your attention. Treat them like shit because you have a few bucks, they'll be looking to upgrade also.

Sorry for the gut check, but I don't think we are going to MDE to hurt women. We are going because we want NSA sex. That is done with Pros my friend.

I really just went over to the bus terminal and took the trip to Pereira without much info except for my hotel reservation. I had heard that it's a safer and friendlier city, particularly when it comes to the cab drivers and that most are very willing to show you the mongering spots. Like in most of Colombia though, conversational Spanish is a must. You have to be able to strike up some conversation with the cab drivers to let them know what you are interested in.
As far as cracking the non pros it seemed a bit easier then MDE. Although in MDE I had some luck at the malls, like TomTom says, it just takes more time and courting. Just from my impression, the MDE girls are more conservative but can be won over with the right attention. The girls in Pereira did seem more open and friendly. Of course I heard much mention of the nickname for Pereira, the official being "cuidad de brazos abiertos"(city of open arms) and the unofficial being "cuidad de piernas abiertas"(city of open legs).

Sniper, over half of the hot younger women in MDE are grillas. They will work for extra money to buy a few nicer things. That does not make them pros by any stretch, but it does make them available.

Yeah, Colombia has been in the back of my mind for quite a while now. I'd like to go to the PI this year too, but the trips are starting to take a toll. Colombia is a puddle-jumper compared to SEA. And the prices once you get there seem quite reasonable.

I wish you were going a little later so we could hook up for a few beers and assorted other activites. Thank goodness there are some wonderful chaps on the board who have compiled a lot of first-rate info which will make it a lot easier for a first-timer.

I'm looking at flying into Cali, then bussing up to Pereria and Medellin. Maybe fly back to Cali from Medellin depending on mood/time constraints.

I'm a guy who likes to hang with the locals so I'll probably venture into some places that many would deem dangerous. I always have the best times there, ha, ha. In Colombia, however, I may not make it out alive.

Huevon/Furysis, Cali is still one of my favorite places and about a dozen trips have been guaranteed good times. You'll find a lot of gems there, no competition, and will likely not have problems. Be a bit more vigilent as there have been some safety issues recently, especially around ATMS, and in some parts of town near the Centro area the taxistas won't even stop their cars at red lights. The richer Northern area of Cali has a lot of armed guards everywhere with shotguns. I'd reconsider doing any roadtrips from Cali (or South Colombia) as the locals have advised against it. I've done roadtrips in the NOrthern Part of Colombia with no problems.

The info I got from Luis is that riding a bus in the centro area of Cali is a bit risky because of recent robberies on the busses. A gang of robbers will get on and steal everyones wallets, purses and cell phones. However he mentioned that he's never heard of problems on the busses leaving the terminal for longer trips, especially the "directos" like Panorama.
