I’d spent the better part of the day touring soapies. I was determined to find one that offered talented and attractive ladies that did not cost more than a long time with a go-go girl. I had no luck, but it was fun exploring.

I decided to go back to Cowboy, but not to see Mystery. I like her well enough, but not for my last night in the city.

Although slightly smaller than Nana, there are still plenty of worthwhile gals from which to choose on soi Cowboy. My initial tour through the area was short, having gone through the bars only twenty-four hours previously.

There were a couple of cute things sitting in front of Spice Girls that attracted my attention. Well, one in particular. She was terribly cute, diminutive, young, a brilliant smile, sensuous lips and deep black eyes that seemed almost carved into her face. I teased her a bit before she took me by the hand to pull me inside.

Her plan, like most “Hello girls” I’m sure, was to get me inside and return to the door to attract the next customer. I pulled her down beside me and got talking. She was an Issan girl (no surprise there) having moved here from Buriram three months before. She liked the city, but wanted to go home as much as she could. At almost nineteen she had been busy experimenting with hair color, with unfortunate results. Her dark brown hair was somewhat damaged by the chemicals.

When I took her hand, I was surprised to find calluses on her last three fingers. “Wow, now this is a rice farmer!” I thought. I asked her about them. She pointed to the dancers’ poles. Apparently she was not a “Hello girl” at all. Interesting.

I threw caution to the wind and paid the bar fine. In the hotel, we bypass the desk and head straight for the elevators. The rest of the night, and the next morning, was a delight. Spicy Girl was a terrific kisser, attentive and loving. I simply could not get enough of her.

What a smile!

She managed to get a hold of my cell phone at some point, and viewed the recent callers and my stored numbers. “You have many lady!” she cried. I told her I knew lots of Thais and they were not all ladies. I looked through the numbers in her phone to get my revenge, but there were only two Farang entries among a smattering of Thai listings. It wasn’t much drama, but certainly gave me some insight into her way of thinking.

My time in Bangkok had come to an end, unfortunately. I was booked on a flight to Phuket the next day. As much as I would have liked to spend a few days with Spicy, I had promised myself some much needed beach time. I assure her that I’d call her when I got back from my holiday. I warned her, though, that I might be gone for a few weeks.

I got my gear packed up and signed the hotel voucher. To my surprise, Spicy wanted to accompany me to the airport. We got into a taxi and took off. I was feeling a bit weird thinking that she was going to go inside and see me off. Fortunately, her plan was to go somewhere near the airport and stayed in the cab when I got out. She gave me a warm wet kiss to remember her by. I hauled on my backpack and entered the airport terminal. Phuket, here I come!
