Rio de Janeiro is my first love. It is a city that I could see myself living in. I am aware of its problems but the allure and the exotic nature of Brasil beckons me.

Angeles is a fun party town. I don’t think I could live there, but visiting would always be an incredible option.

Several months ago, I wrote on one of the chat boards that I felt like Rio and Angeles were like steak and hamburger. Nothing beats a great steak, cooked to perfection over a smoking hot grill. Then again, there are times when you just got to have a hamburger. That assessment hasn’t changed after visiting Angeles. For me, Rio is the steak; AC the burger. Rio remains at the top of my personal list of places to go, but, like MacArthur, I will return to the Philippines!
