Went to the beach (Ipanema) early; then had a few vodka & Red Bulls, with a pizza, for lunch.
Called "M" who was doing a photo shoot. I passed on her schedule. She called 5 min. later to say she changed her plans and wanted to come over.

Dinner last night was at "Mariu's", BUT the seafood side.
What a total pig-out!
Started slow with a little chowder, salad, smoked salmon and shrimp.
Then the onslaught began. Multiple lobster tails, grilled shrimp, shrimp encassed in garlic, mussels, langoustine, squid, and whole half lobsters. That, bottles of water and a "Carmen" Chilean white, set me back R197.
Met an oil Guy from Houston who was entertaining colleagues from Pemex. These guys were more than into partying as they were on a conference. We moved on from the resataurant to TA and proceeded to consume multiple caiparinhas. I only remember laughing my guts out with these guys, and getting home very late.

She did seem to like my company, I certainly did hers. She stayed just under 2, but had to return back to the beach photo shoot, before it got too dark!
