Arrived at the hotel "Las Condes" Thursday @ 1:25 pm. It is in fact two hotels across the street from one another. Bad start: the room was not ready (went for a 2 hr. walk), then the safe would not open, and the telephone would not work. All this from a hi-end hotel; but when it's full (and pre-paid) you had better relax.
