Madrid was the only city that my travel agent did not book for me. I researched a bit, and found this "Hotel Preciados". On arrival, they upgraded me to a corner suite. It was both huge and deluxe (basic rooms were 150 Euro per + taxes).
First, went to buy condiments and then had another "gazpacho" soup (yes I like it, esp. when the temp. exceeded 37 deg. C.), a mixed salad, and a "suckling pig" dish (also scrumptious!).
I called one from my short list.
"Gabriella" came over right away.

This in retrospect, was incredibly STUPID on my part! I had nothing to lose; everything to gain. Paid her the 200 E. + 20 for cab fare. She stayed just under 2 hours.

For dinner, I went to a hi-end seafood place where I blew 67 Euros (worth it all, esp. the langoustine!).
Then to a nightclub called "Hot Madrid". Cover = 20 Euros (incl. 1 drink). Place was outta-this-world. So many stunners, I could NOT BELIEVE IT! In Spain? But get this, to buy them a drink; how much? Try 64 Euros!!! A half-hour upstairs went for 150 E; an hour 300. Take-out ranged between 500-600 E, but the starting price went down, as the evening wore on. Must have chatted up 25-30 dolls. Russian, Romanian, Czech, Italian, Swedish, Colombian and of course Brazilian. Some of the mulattas were esp. v. hot looking! Of course I wasn't game at those prices. But another great night out! Back by 2:25 am (v. early for Madrid standards).
