It seems that Costa Rica has been getting a little bad press lately.
I can't comment, as it's been 4 years for me, since the last of two back-to-back visits.
I scanned these SLR prints to give you all a insight into at least what it was like for me.

The first trip was semi-work related as we were constructing a new facility outside of San Jose.

Some of the action was inside Idem, and no pics were taken. The balance are almost exclusively all dates from the Del Rey.

Mari, was a 27 year old Guatemalan. Sure the make-up was a little heavy, but that was nothing compared to her ass. It was "muy rotondo", and loved getting smacked (i.e. like hard!). My hotel was selected for me. It was the Melia Confort Corobici. Very nice, near some park (i.e. away from downtown) but they did have a guest fee of I believe $ 20 or $ 30 USD. I had to recourse but to pay, and as a result would unlikely ever stay there again.

I've only passed through CR on a flight bound for Panama, but while I walked around the airport I saw many good looking TICAS.

I find it hard to believe just a few photos posted by one mongerer, or even a few is truly representative of the population as a whole.

Perhaps there are fewer good looking woman in CR then there is in other mongering locations...but take that as a challenge to find good looking women in CR...sometimes the hunt makes the whole trip worthwhile...surely you don't expect 10s to fall from the sky?

Remember...beauty is in the eye of the beholder...let's face it, some dudes are turned-on by traits some of us may find undesirable. However, even less than pretty chicas sometimes make up for their looks with their ability to fuck well.

I've scanned past CR photos posted by other club members...there are many that rate very high. If others can find them, surely you can. I wouldn't discount CR so quickly. Go on your trip to CR, then try Colombia, Panama and Brazil on future trips...then evaluate for yourself which destination gives you more bang for your buck.

Thank you very much for your advice. I live in the UK and do most of my mongering in and around Europe. Sex (especially with the cream of the crops from ex-communist blocks) is very expensive in the UK. I pay $300-400 for one hour service!! You see, unlike some dues who would fuck anything as long as its cheap, I would only fuck the 9s and 10s...and thats my biggest problem.
I am looking forward to my CR trip in few weeks time as relatively speaking it is very cheap. I love girls with beautiful faces regardless of their ethnic origin so I am sure I will find some real hot chicas, even in CR, with so much variety...

Based on my experience in CR, I wouldn't expect much from most of the venues. The best (only place,imho) place for 9's and 10's was the Del Rey, especially those Colombianas. If price is not an issue you should be good, the prices are not that much different from Rio (in fact it might be cheaper).Of course the service in CR is not up to par with Rio, but hey its better than staying here in the states.
