A couple of weeks ago, uwphoto and I stopped in at Madaho, a new club in Recoleta, about midnight in midweek. It is at the corner of Vicente Lopez and Azcuenega, about a half block from Playwomen and Solid Gold. At that time it was a dismal scene as far as chicas go. There were only 4 girls, one of whom was at least 50 years old who was so persistent that I gave up telling her "mas despues" (much later) and finally said, firmly, "nunca!" (never).

Last night enpocolocoenba, his novia, and two mongers who had just arrived that day, and I, stopped at Madaho about 12:15. The joint was jumpin! There were about 60 girls, with an equal number of men, both Argentinians and otherwise. It is about 3-4 times the size of Playwomen, newly remodeled, with lounge chairs set out in groups as in a hotel lobby. What I particularly appreciated was the terrific ventilation system which worked so well that for once, when I left a club, I did not have that smoke smell as deeply embedded in my clothes, hair, skin, bones. Madaho is highly recommended. Practical info is that as with other clubs, there is a 20 peso cover (about $6 US) which includes the second drink if you get a card from a tout outside the club. The bar fine to take a girl out is 2 drinks at 20 pesos each, and I understand the price for complete service is typically 200 pesos for an hour and a half. YMMV.

Anyhow, one of the new fellas, I am not sure of his handle yet, is a big guy about 6 feet and perhaps 215, mebbe 30 years old and well built. I say this not because I have a thing for guys, but as an explanation if you will, for the hungry looks virtually all the chicas threw his way as we walked in. I can imagine their thoughts were something along the lines of "I can do him and get paid too? Esta Bien!"

It was not long after we sat down that he had two chicas who found their way onto his lap whispering sweet everythings in his ears. Unfortunately he speaks no Spanish yet and was a bit overwhelmed. However he survived the initial sorties and settled on an Amazon who was dancing with other chicas on the stage. She was also about six feet tall with gigantor bazongas, shoulder length black slightly curly hair, and a curvaceous firm looking rear bumper, about 23 years I believe. Twas his lucky night as, at his request, I went to her and explained my amigo wished her to come over, because she confirmed in response to my inquiry that she spoke English.

Well, though I thought she was most attractive, I have more than a few years on this monger, and told my other friends that I was glad I did not choose her as the experience would probably have killed me!

In any event, the new fella had rooms 4 floor above me in ArtSuites, and though I left Madaho before he did (unaccompanied by choice since I had chose to do a good session in the afternoon), I swear the two of them woke me up a couple of times en la noche.

The next day he told me she was a Cubana and full of fire. When I heard that I knew, having been to Cuba, I WOULD have been at least severely wounded had I gone home with her.

Another night in BA

I stopped by Madaho a few weeks ago, and at the time it was very quiet. I too was impressed by the nice decor inside and will return.

ditto to everything SFHombre said....I have been 3 times this week, once with my novia and 1 time solo and one time with a group of guys....lots of chicas....range 4 to 9...some very attractive girls....an average show (but who goes to watch the show...)Madaho has been my favorite boliche this trip......

Good report. Can't wait to check out this place in a few weeks. It will be nice to be back "home". I miss BA very much!
