This is my third trip to Rio, My first two consisted of 3 weeks total. This trip was for 10 days, my wingman(WM) and I flew Continental from Houston. This trip was special, I had survived a near death experience in April and won my Insurance Appeal for the medical cost the Saturday before I left. I've had a great summer trading and had allot of money to spend. This trip was the "no regrets trip" - money wasn't going to be an issue. You know what they say about the best thought out plans? They never happen the way to expect them to. I spent less money this trip then either of the other 2. I don't think I ever bartered for a program, but the garotas usually made a 2nd offer when I paused at the first offer. I took the 2nd offer every time. I don't feel I overpaid for anything but everyone has their own budget.

I'm love reading the great written prose by the great authors here, but I'm not one of them. So like my previous Trip Reports, I'm going to continue with my short summaries of the trip's events. I'll try to find an experience from each day that might not be covered in depth from other Trip Reports. My goal is that everyone who gets to the end will take something away from my experiences which will make their next trip better.

I have spent allot of time thinking about Rio, programs, and myself. My friends want me to travel to other places but I have no desire. Rio is the seductress that has me in her grasp. Why is the question I want to answer. During this self-reflection I have realized that I enjoy and remember the long term sessions more then the quickies. Long term is anything over 90min with 3hrs about the best. Even after this trip I don't have my answer, but I have some thoughts. I might include them in the conclusion, we'll see when I get there.

Knowing that I like long term sessions, I came up with a plan to scope out 4x4 Thursday and Friday night and find someone to spend the weekend with. I had planned on one session with the best candidate for the weekend Thursday night and repeat with the best of Friday night and make the offer to the winner. Don't you all just love competitions? So here is the first lesson for everyone's first trip to Rio: plans never ever go as expected when garota's are part of it. Don't worry about it, let it happen, it's tough to have a bad time in Rio when a garota is involved.

Being the Rio expert that I am, I had only been to 4x4 one time. It was the very first day of the very first trip. I had 2 uninspired sessions that night and never came back. I had been told 4x4 currently had the top talent in town and was looking forward to my second visit to 4x4. 8 of us rode the Metro down to Centro and were in the boite about 4:30 - it was packed! 2-3 white robes for every girl, no room to move - now I remember why I never went back to 4x4. As I'm standing there by the glass shower, this little blond Angelica comes over and shakes her bunda to get my attention. Out of the blue my WM shows up and starts talking to Angelica. As I'm watching my WM and Angelica along comes Melana, a Sara Jessica Parker look a like. So here I am watching 2 blonds dance and I don't even like blonds! Now this is where it get freaky, but it sort of worked out good because it lead to another night's activities that fit into the "no regrets trip" plan perfectly. Angelica & Melana grab my hand and my WM's hand and tell us we are going to fiesta. I looked at WM and ask where did they get this idea from??? I get this dumb look back and my arm's getting pulled toward the door. We get to the stairs and I call it off, I'm not fiestaing on my "no regrets trip" in 4x4. Well Angelica wasn't having "no" for an answer. So she and my WM went off to have their own fiesta. I tell Melana that I'm not ready to session and just want to rest it was a long trip. So Melana takes me to the VIP boite in the back on the 3rd or 4th floor . It was really nice back there, we ordered drinks and talked alittle.


Side bar: Once I got out of the hospital last spring I knew I was going to go to Rio once I could fly again so I downloaded the Pimslear Portuguese lessons from the local library, again thanks to the thread on CH I knew how. I started studying the Pimslear in May. I have completed 33 lessons in about 120 hours of study time during my recovery. I was able to talk with Melana much better then I remember talking last year. Personally I found the Pimslear Lessons very helpful and being able to communicate made the trip allot more interesting.


After a drink I feel Melana is the Thursday night contestant for the competition, so much for the interviewing process I selected the first one! Off we go to get a room, walk back down 3 flights of steps and to the front of the building in those stupid flip-flops. We find out there is a 30 minute wait for a room. The more I watched Melana's bunda the more I was liking her, I told her to find out about one of the suites. She tells me its 5 minute wait for the suite with a Jacuzzi - yes that sounds great. Now in hind site I wonder how she knew that? Back to the VIP boite we go, up 3 flights of stairs and to the back of the building. Sit down for 5 minutes and back down the stairs we go to a basement hallway where there are 2 doors, REI Suite 1 and REI Suite 2. The light in the hallway is on a motion sensor, so if we stop moving the lights go off. This was the perfect reason to keep Melana dancing for me. We wait, knock on the doors, make some phone calls, but no one comes out of either door. Finally at 10:15 out comes this happy couple and the cleaning crew goes in. 5 minutes more Melana tells me. Its now been about 2 hours since I've seen my WM and Angelica and I haven't even gotten into a room yet. 10:20 we enter REI Suite 2, 90min session that's 11:50 we are finished. The REI Suite is great, large bed with mirror everywhere, porno movie playing, big glass shower for 2, and a nice Jacuzzi. Compared to the top suites at L and S, I would rank this one best. I think it went bed sexo, shower sexo, Jacuzzi sexo, Melana orders the beef tips, Melana feeds me the beef tips in the Jacuzzi. It's now 11:55 and I'm a very happy monger. But Melana isn't done, she want more sexo on the bed. The phone rings and she tells them to go away. Finally at 12:20 I can't go anymore. I tell her I'm finished. Words fail me to describe the look on her face. But everyone has seen it - its like the look of victory. On the way back to the locker room, I had 3 garotas tell me my WM has left. I don't blame him, I left him almost 4hrs ago. I don't know how it happened, but the total bill for the evening(5 drinks, beef tips for 2, 2 hrs in REI Suite) was R$305. I'm coming back tomorrow night I'm thinking to myself. I hop in a cab and am on the phone to WM. WM is still back in 4x4!! WM has been sitting in the area below the boite for the past 2 hrs eating beef tips while he waited for me!! I didn't say it, but I wonder if he enjoyed his as much as I enjoyed mine? Turn this Taxi around we have to got back and pick up the faithful WM.

Woke up the next day just in time to catch the taxi back down to 4x4 with the crew. The plan was to see to the shower show that evening (the shower show in Thursday night I learned) and pick contestant #2. Melana found me within 100 seconds of entering the boite. There wasn't going to be any contestant #2. We sat and talked alittle and decided she would come over after work for an allnighter instead of sessioning at 4x4. I was so tired that another session right then wasn't going to be any fun. So after WM sessions we leave and go back for dinner and a couple hour power nap. Roberto (cab 03 Postal 5 or 9185-8005 or rbtaxidriver@hotmail.com) and I head down to 4x4 at midnight, 12:32 Melana comes out the door and hops into the cab. Boy I with the girls in Mexico could tell time like this one!

Side bar: I am one of the mongers that rather have 1 girl many times then many girls 1 time. I just find each session get better then the previous one. But it has to be the right girl, Melana seemed like the right girl at this point.

As we are driving back to Copa, Melana and Roberto start chatting about something I don't understand. I am sure Roberto is talking fast just so I can't understand. Come to find out, Roberto is negotiating the fee for the evening. Somehow they arrive at R$300 until 8am. At first I thought R$300 was alittle pricey, then I remembered about the night before and knew I would have a great time. This was my only program for the day and $150 a day was well below the budget I had for the "no regrets" trip. After confirming that included the taxi in the morning I agreed. I have no idea what would of happened if I refused, we were already in Copa. Maybe this was something that we should be talked about back in 4x4? About 11am Melana wakes me up and tells me she has to leave. I guess 8am wasn't that important. Anyway I'm happy because during the night I explain to Melana that this is the "no regrets" trip and why. She is proud to be part of it and wants to help. She has this idea that she will come back Monday night and bring a friend, we can hold that fiesta that her and Angelica tries to set up on the first visit to 4x4. About noon Melana leaves and I have visions of my first dupla dancing in my head.

Saturday night Isawal and the Pope are arriving, we are to meet for dinner at Alcazar sometime tonight. About 11pm everyone arrives and toasts are given for good health and good mongering. Dinner. Then we headed over to Help to see the eye candy.

Side bar: For anyone who plays video games, there are 2 servers in Brazil that are always ranked in the top 5 in the world. They are Terra 1 and Terra 2, having a good connection in the apartment and my XPS laptop with me I was able to spend a good part of Saturday afternoon playing BF2. It was a blast!

Hippie Fair Day!! Isawal, the Pope, and I are going to Hippie Fair today. It will be my first experience at Hippie Fair. Now I've read and heard allot about it, but I had no concept of the size of the fair. This place must be 3 square city blocks and there are at least 2 booths that sell whatever you like. The best deal of the day was leather belts - you pick out a color, they measure you and cut it to length. Then they punch holes in it and attach a buckle. The blanks are 72" long. All for $10. I now have allot of belts. Lunch at Garota De Playa, it was busy and the food was ok. We walked back to Copa on the beach. Walked into L and was the 2nd customer of the day. Not a great session with Ohana. Later WM and I went to the Marriott to watch SNF. Really good, but the burger was R$38! Not that good. Stopped off and checked out the eye candy on the way home. I've never spent much time outside Help, it is an interesting place. 90% of the girls are the same ones every night. They all know each other and have their own little clicks. We are sitting there discussing this garota walks bye that could be the twin sister to the superstar Leslie from Nogales. WM sees her at the same time. She stops for a moment and is gone. WM goes to find her - she is gone. Could it be? Having just decided that 90% of the girls are here each night we figure she'll be back and we'll talk to her if not more. Well every night we looked and never saw the Leslie-like garota again.

Monday morning I awoke with visions of a dupla dancing in my head. I logged in to my trading account and make a few trades in the gold market. It always feels good to start the day with alittle extra money. So how does a dupla work I'm wondering and how are 3 of us going to sleep in this bed? That's when it hits me this is the "no regrets trip"!! We should go a love motel that has a Jacuzzi!! So I dial up Club Hombre and get some details on love motels. I couldn't make up my mind which one to try, I really wanted to go to the Medieval Suite at Sinless Motel but we figured it was 40-50 minute ride from 4x4. I really didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. Talking to Roberto he told me about Villaregia ph#2512-9913. The Master Suite is R$268 for 6hrs including the steak dinner. The Suite has a private garage, private stairs to the suite. A King Size Roman Column bed sits in the middle of the room with a flat screen TV and stereo built into the wall. A glass room houses a hot tub for 4. A private dining room is connected to the suite also. I have no idea where it is, 15mins from 4x4. Roberto and I head to 4x4 to pick up the garotas after work, Melana brings her friend Samantha from 4x4. I bring two glass dildos as presents for the girls. I found out that Melana has negotiating a package deal of R$500 for both with Samantha. Even though this was the most expensive night of the trip, it was by far the most memorable. I will do this again every trip from now on. Villaregia was great, Melana was great, Samantha was wild, the steak dinners were great, it was a totally fantastic night! I got back to Copa about 9am not having slept at all. I stopped at a shop and picked up some coffee cake like pastry and a diet Coke and walked over to see Ken. Jag was there having just finished his morning walk on the beach. We had a great talk about the derivative problems in the world while I ate breakfast. This day was the perfect example of why the Rio is the seductress that she is. One can spend a whole night of pleasure with 2 garota's 1/2 his age then have an intelligent discussion about a subject matter that there probably aren't 50K people in the world could hold. Only in Rio.

Wednesday morning I called Melana and she wanted to come over again after work. This was working out great, each session with Melana was better then the previous. I was excited about seeing her again tonight. The day seemed to drag on, having not sessioned in almost 36 hours I was not sure I would make it until after work. I needed a nice cold shower to help me get thru the evening. Then I remembered a phrase Don told me my first day in Rio. I had just gotten off the plane and was going to shower and clean up before that very first trip to 4x4 2 years ago. Don said, "don't go and jack off in the shower, we have people here that do it for you!" It was something I had to try. I walked out to Alantica Ave looking for someone to give me a shower. It's 4 in the afternoon not alot to choose from, but I found a garota who had just gotten off of work and was looking for alittle money. She worked in the mall selling jeans. Work she was well qualified for. What a fantastic bunda. I told her what I wanted and she agreed for R$100. Seems like alot at first, but their wasn't alot to choose from. Back to the apartment and into the shower we went. Everything was going great, but that bunda just had to get tapped. I told her this deal had to change. R$150 for a completa session she said. If R$100 for a hand job seemed like alot, R$150 for a 3-hole experience seemed like a steal. It was a steal, she was really good. I never saw her back on Alantica Ave the rest of the trip, so maybe she was just looking for some extra money.

It's funny how things work out, after Wednesday's allnighter with Melana all I could do is laugh. Let me share it with you. In my opinion, Babalu is the hottest garota in the world. I've got many of her videos. In Melana's world, all she wants is a Playstation 2 which goes for R$690. I just happened to bring 4 PS2 with me to Rio as a favor to Ken. Melana just happens to be a great friend of Babalu and parties with her all the time. It took us a week before we figured this out. It was to late to get a PS2 back from Ken and it was to late to set up another allnighter with Babalu. All I could do is laugh! As Melana left Thursday morning, she promised me that next trip the 3 of us we would party at Villaregia together. Now if anyone reads this and runs into Melana at 4x4 - feel free to remind her of her promise to me. An allnighter with her, me, & Babalu. I figure if she's reminded enough over the next few months, it just might happen.

Thursday night I went back to L and sessioned with the little Cuban Lavinia. See my posts in the L discussion for 10/12/07.

Friday, & Saturday I've been thinking about these days since I've been home now for over 2 weeks. I had a great time for the first week, but the best was yet to come. The issue is, I don't think it's over. So until I know for sure my trip report will end here.

Some numbers for interested people, I spend about $700 on food, $150 on cabs, $150 on drinks, $1350 on garotas, $1000 on apartment, $1000 on airfare. Total was about $4400 for a 10 day vacation. Some other interesting opinions; Cervantes has great food, The Palace is the best Churrasco for the money, the best sessions are the first one of a garota's day, Terma's are not that exciting the day after a big party night, the best deals are the week after the rent's due, and always double check everything and everyone. And I sure hope everyone reminds Melana of her promise.

Nice report bluelight. I sessioned with Angelica in September. Little spinner with blond hair and nice bunda. You should have done the festa. rsrs. I'm a huge gamer also. I had a fantasy of mine come true my last trip. I was playing the 360 and got a BJ sametime. LOL. BF2 is nice. Have you played H3 yet? I used Pimsleur for my Portuguese also. IMO it is the best program for the money. free. lol. Never really thought about the rent due stategy. Ill remember that one. thanks.

By the way, are there different levels of mongering? For example, if you are very selective about choosing women does that make you less than a "true" mongerer? Or is a "true" mongerer someone who wants to have sex with women even if they do not find them highly attractive? Just wondering out loud...

A "true" monger is a guy who IS selective and never fucks the same girl twice. That is the beauty of Rio, it is possible to have whatever type girl you like and never twice.

When you are paying, I would think you want to be selective...othewise might as well stay home. I know personally there is nothing wrong going into a termas, looking over 30-40 garotas only to leave w/o doing one of them...vibe, karma, chi, yang, whatever you want to call it it is there or it isn't. As a paying customer, I better like what is on the menu or I'm not paying.

I thought the rule of thumb was never do the same girl 3x. My personal experience says the 2x is always better then the first.

Houdini I would say there are some basics you should plan for to enjoy your first trip. The most important is your health. The first day or 2 get plenty of sleep. You never read about it in any of the trip reports, but you are going to be exposed to many germs your body has never experienced. Getting sick on the 2nd or 3rd day in Rio sucks. Take some Cipro with you. I took one everday on my first trip. Force yourself to sleep alot the first couple of days. I can't state this enough, every trip sofar I've ran into someone was got sick during their trip. You can't imagine how pissed off they are.

I made lists before I left, once you are in Rio your thinking process changes. You'll find yourself making decisions on a whim. I had a list of resturants, Termas, and touristy stuff. There are touts everywhere in Copa, they make everything sound so good. My experience is all the good stuff has already been posted here and other places, write them down and ignore the touts.

Brazil is the land of beef and seafood; not rice, pasta, or leafy green stuff. I guess I'm saying don't bother eating at the ethnic resturants - stick to beef and seafood. Pizza is an ethnic food in Rio.

One more thing, a good taxi driver can really help you enjoy your trip. Find one you and your crew can communicate with and get his cell phone number. Use him as much as you can. Then ask him for help when you need it.
