Had a business trip to Rio planned and found the CH site while doing some research. I found the information others have posted very useful so I am adding my bit. (I am at the airport waiting for my flight for the next 3 hours anyway). I expect this will be my first and only post.

I have never been to South America before and do not speak any language other than English. I do have a reasonable amount of trip experience in Asia though (It seemed that the Asian approach also works in Rio)

Night 1 - I got in on Saturday night. Got R400 at the airport as I hate not having any cash and sailed through immigration and customs. In fact the airport was pretty quiet for a Saturday evening in November.

Work was paying for the hotel, which was a 5 star job at copacabanna that cost R570 per night. As my ticket, hotel and meals were paid for by work I was not concerned with what the extras may cost. Had arranged for the hotel car to pick me up at a cost of R160.

Had a wash at the hotel and given it was only 8pm I went for a walk along the main drag at copacabanna. The hotel guys suggested that I leave my watch in the room and stay off the beach, which I did. Felt OK so I decided I would try my luck at Lumo.

I jumped in the hotel car (was not ready to try a taxi given I had only been in town for 3 hours) and asked for the Lumo. The hotel driver recommended the Monte Carlo and given his was on my CH list that was OK with me. It was about 10 blocks from my hotel. I was feeling good so I gave he driver R20.

The girls at the front desk explained the deal to me. There English was perfect. R60 entry plus R60 for the room and R130 for the girl for 40 minutes if things got to that.

When I opened my locker on the first floor there was a brand new bathrobe in a plastic cover inside. The attendant lady took his from me and gave me an old looking thing. It was freshly laundered but had been around the loop a few times. (Perhaps someone can tell me what was going on there)

Had another shower on the second floor put on my bath robe and up to the third floor where the bar area is. I did not feel all that comfortable in the bath robe and anyway wanted to play it cool as suggested in the CH trip reports so sat on a high stool at the bar in the back. I ordered a beer and took in the seen.

As expected the more aggressive girls came over and said hi. Most of the girls spoke pretty good English. I continued to play it cool.

After a couple of beers I chose a cute girl and spent some time getting to know her. This was lots of fun and then off we went.

Up to he forth floor for a bit a wait while she got ready. Did not mind spending 10 minutes at the top of the stairs waiting with he other guys just to see how they had done. The more aggressive girls were well represented.


Then up to the room on the fifth floor. I remember thinking the place was an absolute firetrap but that seems to go with the territory. The room was small but adequate and was surrounded by mirrors that went down to bed level, which was fun. The bad news was hat my girl had had a boob job that had gone bad and they were a bit of a mess. We did the business (which was clearly what it was). The sex was adequate and as soon as we were done she was off (we did not go close to using our 40 minutes)

Down to level 2 for a shower. I still felt good so headed up to the bar area on level 3 for more beers. When the girls come over I told them I was done for he night and was just after a relaxing beer. The place got busy around 10 and then quietened off again. When things got quiet I noticed a couple of girls I liked so I bought them and their friends drinks and joked around with them.

I left about 12 and the bill was R300 which R130 needed to be paid by cash. Jumped into a taxi that was waiting out front and back to the hotel. Went past Help on the way home and noted his for future reference.

Night 2 - Had an easy day on Sunday so was up for an early start as suggested on the CH trip reports. Jumped in a taxi and after a few had signals got across that we wee headed to Monte Carlo. The place was already busy. Linked up with Angelina, one of the girls I had noticed the previous night. She was great looking and really seemed to be happy that I came back (she had braces that did not bother me a all). We had a great session and after we were done she gave me a massage and we just stayed together. Total cost around R250

Left about 11 and decided to walk back to the hotel along copacabanna beach road. Went past Help and stopped to look around but there did not look to be much happening. I did no go in.

Night 3 - was working Monday night so nothing of interest to report

Night 4 - was working until about 11 on Tuesday so got a late start and had already had a few drinks. Went looking for Lumo but could not find it so ended up back at Monte Carlo. The place was packed and the girls all seemed tired. Linked up with Angelina again. Took her and her friend as I though that may fire them up. But Angelina just did not have the energy to live up to our first night and her friend had fake breasts that put me off. Brazil is deffinitly the land of plasic surgery. The two girl thing did not do it for me. Left about 1pm. Total cost around R400.

Decided to walk home and when I got to Help the place was obviously pumping so I ventured in. Interesting place. It was going off. Cursed around for about 30 minutes before I saw a group of 4 girls that looked like they may be fun so I bought them all a drink and decided to see what developed. I narrowed it down to 2. One was Liliana was a blond who was an absolute 10 but who was quite and was drinking waters . The other was a dark girl who was drinking like a fish and was obviously into having heaps of fun. What a choice.

Eventually I decided on Liliana and we agree R400 for long time. This seemed expensive by I was past negotiating. We did no have any condoms so we needed to make a stop on the way to the hotel. Checked her which cost me R240 for the visitor charge (ouch). It turned out Liliana was a 23-year-old law student. She was absolutely stunning and the first round was great.

We woke late (around 11) for round two. This was less than inspirational on Liliana´s part but I still enjoyed our time together. What an abslouely stunning girl. I left her in he room while I went to get more cash without and issues. She would make some a great wife.

Night 5 – Wednesday night was my last night so I decided to venture in Centro and try 4X4. Jumped in a taxi. It was a bit of a drive and the driver had problems with he one-way streets but it still only cost R25. I slept until 8 so was later than recommended by he time I got there and sure enough the place was packed (you could not even move). 4x4 is much larger than Monte Carlo and thus a bit harder to work out the first time but he system is broadly the same. This place is a real firetrap but try no to thing about that.

After a while the place freed up a little. My plan was to fine some nice breasts that no-one had taken the knife to. I spotted a couple of girls and bought them a drink. They did no speak much English but I was OK with hand signals.

Had great session with a dark girl. Once we were done she wanted to sleep and was up the time, which was fine with me as she was absolutely beautiful o just look at and cuddle. About 11 I was on my way back to my hotel a happy man ready to return to the real world

He recommended MC because it's easier for him to get out and get his payoff from the terma.

Ive always thought that 4 by 4 was a firetrap. lololol. But it doesnt stop me from going. 240real check in fee!!!!! What the F...? Business hotels suck. But I guess it is to be expected at a 5 star. Glad to see you had a great time.

Glad you had a good time. Your report is a good example, though, of why it can be useful to hook up with a guide your first time in Rio. You could have maximized your time, money and fun much better with a little on-the-ground advice.

It's your money, but you did overpay at Help. Girls expect you to negotiate.

And 240 reais for a guest fee! That's what I pay for two nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with amenities that go way beyond those in a 5* hotel. Let folks here know the name of the hotel so they can avoid it. Was it the Sofitel?

Bolt-on tits are becoming more popular, but I only had 2 out of 10 girls on my last trip with bolt-ons.

Granted, I don't like writing trip reports....but, this is a good example of what NOT TO DO in Rio:

* Changing money at the airport - no!
* 120R for airport transportation
* 400R for a Help girl
* 240R for guest fee - WTF?
* Repeated with a termas garota on a 5-day trip
* Left a Help-Garota in your room alone
* A Help-garota would "make someone a great wife" -- ???

I realize a Corporation is paying for the trip, but still you wasted money where you did not have to.
You probably lost a good 50R on the airport exchange. Safe and available ATMs are in Copacabana. The 400R Help girl you could have had for 300R. The 240R guest fee could been used at VIP motel for a jacuzzi/swimming pool suite. Or even the Vanity motel has decent suites.
Not sure why you would leave a Help girl in your room alone, especially on your first trip to Rio. Even if you locked up everything in a safe, still potential for problems.

As for the fake-tits, there is a very small percentage (maybe 10-15%) of termas girls who have implants. The ones who do have them are girls are more seasoned, most likely work in Europe and probably learned English along the way.

It seems to me you completely ignored the information here, and did all newbie mistakes anyway....at least, you found the termas.
