I have a Sharp NZ-400 (I think). It is about the size of a digital camera so I can sneak it into the cabine fairly easily. If you are going to buy a camera, you should focus on cameras that have the new mini DV tapes, because they are the smallest. The Sony that you mention is awesome.

I am using Ulead's Video Studio for this stuff. It is fairly easy to use. One word of warning, in order to do this stuff, you should have a big hard drive with lots of free space, and a pretty fast CPU to crunch to WMV format.

I haven't had to tip the girls much of anything to get the video. Just make sure that you discuss it with them before you go into the cabine. Virtually all of them are agreeable.

The key is to be discreet, because although the girls are OK the management is not. So you need to sneak the camera out of your locker, and then go straight to the cabine undetected.
