Today was truly a gorgeous day so I went down to the pool, did a few laps and caught a few rays.

Dinner was at "Triata Restaurabnte" again, in the Parque Lleras area. Onion soup, a tempura roll, vodka penne and a Chilean white was a little pricey at 89K. It's always the wine that jacks up the total. Walked around abit and bought some trinkets for 30K. Some misc. pic:








I asked around if there was any club life on a Sunday night. All sources pointed to "Deja Vu". Off I went. It was in fact a "hip hop" bar/club. Cover was 10K, drinks were 10K. I stayed about 2 hours and some real cuties started arriving late. Too bad I can barely stand to listen to that "shit"!
So on my way home I asked the driver to take a spin thru the "Mayorista" area. I know many of you "sportsmen" favor this cut rate action area. There were more than a few hookers standing around. As a matter of fact; they approached my open cab window, so I could get a closer look. Definitely with what I saw; would make me consider goin' back here again next year. I could see finding a gem; and not coming back with something nasty.

Mayorista always has a few regular girls but the scene is much better on weekends. More girls come out of the woodwork for Sunday spending money so it's likely you can meet a non-pro.

If you do head back there, the ST rate is 50,000 and the LT rate is 100,000. Insist on those #s and don't budge.

I haven't played much in the Mayorista area, but the going rate is closer to 20K near Botero Plaza in Centro. I doubt that the Mayorista rate is that much higher.

I go to Mayorista often. The ST rates are 20-25K no more. the room is another 10-12K. You should not pay more. I have seen the girls there try to gouge a gringo once asking 80K, but he turned her down.
