My M.O. in my last several trips to Thailand was to visit my gf after a couple nights in Pattaya and stay with her the rest of the time. Luckily Thai girls sleep a lot and this gives me time to venture out for some short-time action. I was staying at the Boss Tower in Bangkok when I got up early to read the Bangkok Post. I noticed that the cheapest place to visit from Bangkok was Singapore. R/t flight for 2, hotel for 2 nights w/ABF and airport transfer for 2 for 15,600 baht or about $360. This was incredibly cheap and I wanted to expose gf to the Eastern hemisphere's version of the U.S. I recommend finding an honest travel agent and sticking with her because some are overpriced and have poor service.
GETTING THERE: Took a meter taxi to Don Muang and checked in with Swiss Air. For those of you traveling with Thai girls, they do not need a visa for entry into Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia. They will normally hassle any girl trying to enter Singapore without a guy. Singapore entry stamp lasts for 14 days. The flight last two hours and includes a meal. Once we arrived, I exchanged to Singapore dollars (1 to 1.7). Our driver was there to pick us up and took us to our hotel in Chinatown (I thought the hotel was in central Singapore). The hotel had a nice lobby but the rooms were small and old. Next time, I will see the hotel brochure before paying. I would say it is better to pay for flight and find hotel once you get there or go by other monger recommendations. Once there, my girl went right to sleep. It was my chance to break away for a bit. I told her I wantd to eat India food in Little India and she said to go ahead and she would sleep. YEAH!
NIGHTLIFE: I had to be quick so I grabbed the nearest meter taxi and told him to take me to Geyland Street Lor 12. Bingo, you will be happy to know that I had copy of your trip report in my hand to guide me. Each Lor. has different looking girls....like a United Nations of hookers with each county having a different side street. Most of the Indian girls were pretty but plump. Many skinny Indonesion girls near Lor 12, so I started down the street. I wish we had street girls like this in TJ. They didn't look rough and they were sweet and friendly. I tried to speak Thai to a few (hoping they were Thai)...no luck. Saw one really hot looking Indonesian girl that looked young but barely legal. She spoke no English but pointed to where we were supposed to go. A little ways away was a short time hotel. The hotel was not that great but was clean and small. I was hesitant about eating her papaya because I am not so sure about Indonesian girls...anyways she had very little clue about giving head so I had to guide her. She wanted to use a condom but I resisted and she obliged. Her face was so pretty that I almost blew but decided to get out the trusty Durex. She was soaking wet but had a little hair down below ( I like shaven). She was so small that I picked her up off the bed a little and did her missionary. As I leaned down, she put her arms around my neck and started some DFK....could not handle it after that and finished. We layed down a while and she started playing with the hair on my chest (Asian girls are fascinated by chest hair and find it sexy)...She fell asleep and I put my clothes on and darted out the door to get a taxi. Went back to hotel and jumped into the shower for a thorough cleaning(dont want any evidence).
TRANSPORTATION: You can get around most places by Singapore Sky Train. Most of the major areas have a train stop and the train is fast and extremely safe and clean. Taxi meters are about half as much as the U.S. and most trips will cost you about 5-6 SD or 3-4 US, the rates are slightly higher for rush hour. There is an excellent bus system here but I did not have the time or patience to learn it.
ATMOSPHERE/SAFETY: Singapore is extremely clean and safe. The demographic make-up is predominately Chinese but there are many Malay and Indian people here as well. The Chinese (as usual) like to separate themselves from the rest of society and even have schools that are only for Chinese. There are archaic laws in Singapore to attempt to maintain the Chinese majority (not making this up) It is a beutiful city with a nice mix of different races.
FOOD: The restaurant choices are as good as anywhere in the U.S. but are not cheap. There are many outdoor areas which have extremely clean food boths/carts with all kinds of food, sweets and beer. My favorite place to eat is in Little India. Little India has a ton of excellent restaurants that have cheap, excellent food. There are several vegetarian restaurants that require you to eat you dishes with your right hand..sanuk.
WHAT TO DO WITH GF: A fun start to your trip is to take a sky trolley to Sentosa Island. Sentosa Island has a butterfly park, several animal parks, a free light/water show at night. There is a monorail that takes you around the island for free. There is also some great hotels and golf courses on the island.
Go to Chinatown. There are some great souvenirs and the food is excellent. It a little to sterile for me but fun nonetheless. Little India is unreal. I was there for India new Year (Daliwalla or something) and the streets were colorful and decorated. Many elaborate gifts to buy here and some great Indian dance music (the hot electronica thing right now). Another great buy are natural incense and Bollywood (India) movies with English subtitles for about 6SD.
Another fun thing to do is to take a river boat or bay dinner cruise. The city is beautiful at night with more skyscrapers than Chicago and Los Angeles combined.
I had a great time and probably will go again on my own with one of those cheap courier fares.

Glad my report helped you Blazers. I had a great time with those Indonesians on Lor. 12 and someday I'll return for them. Most of the Indian women were not too attractive but there were a handful of exceptions. In particular was a Sri Lanka lady (not exactly Indian) who had a nice face, long hair, a curvy body and a good attitude. The two non-working girls that blew me away with their beauty were an Indian working as a TV reporter in Indonesia that I saw in the airport and a department store clerk who was a Malay-Singaporean who had the most radiant skin and the most perfectly shaped almond shaped eyes. I thought both were goddesses. Singapore is very ST oriented and it's a bit expensive but the variety is there and the place is very safe to walkabout.

I think that Malaysian women should be considered the equal to Thai and Filipinas but it is a Muslim nation and the mongering scene there is light.

I had the opposite impression when I was in Malaysia. All the good looking women I saw there were the Chinese Malaysians; rarely saw a good-looking Malay. I thought about it for a bit (since they're the same ethnicity as Indonesia and the Philippines) and finally realized what it was: they're all wearing those headscarves, so it was damn hard to really gauge their beauty. Much easier to see them in Singapore of course.

Mur...the hotties I saw were in Singapore and they were not Muslim. Most spoke English and many worked in service industry. It is the Malay/Spanish combo which makes some Filipinas stunning.

What's great is there's different strokes for different folks. I dig the Malaysian Chinese but also I met a few hot modern Malays. (Those were unfortunately not hookers.)
There are also Russians, Indonesians, Thais, Vietnamese, Mainland Chinese etc avail for the right price. Choices, prices somewhat similar to Singapore but it is illegal here in KL so it is a bit more underground.

Blazers, oh man, I know what you mean by that Malay/Spanish combo. There is a chick named Penny that I see sometimes on Asiansexposed.com who is a Filipina of Malay/Spanish extraction.
She is pretty close to perfection in my book.

That's the one, though that's not a great shot of her. In fact, that's from one of the worst series I've seen of her. Let's see if I can find her in my extensive collection....

I guess Penny is Blazer's type too..?

Dang DJ, you've shown some hotties there.
When I wrote of the Malay who was a goddess, she was in a department store in S'pore and was not wearing any head covering; dressed in a modern manner. Her features were so delicate, that was what was so interestinting about her plus her radiant golden brown skin.
Filipinos were intially Malays but now they've acquired Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and others' blood since that migration. The Malays in Malaysia really don't have that mix. In Singapore, the Malays are more prone to having some Chinese, Indonesian or Indian mixture. Which reminds me, I saw a Chinese-Malay in the same dept. store that blew me away too.
Interestingly, if you go to the National Museum in Manila, this fact that Filipinos are intially of Malay stock is not even mentioned. I instead had learned that beforehand from reading the Encyclopaedia Britannica. I even voiced a complaint to the staff at the museum. "Here you have a National Museum about the Filipino people but you don't even address the most fundamental question, "Where did the Filipino come from!"
If I were going to look for a Malay, I'd look in S'pore because they seem to be the most modernized.

Penny looks delicious and is probably everyone's type.

Thanks Bingo, the lower pic is by LAGuy.
The Malay population in Singapore is not too big, as 80% of the population is Chinese, the rest are Indians, Malays, expats etc. Still it is possible to pick up Malays.
Mura, the angle on Penny's nip probably works for you too?

Question: Has Penny always been a women? Having been to Singapore myself, I have my suspicions (strong ones).
By Murasaki on Friday, May 02, 2003 - 04:13 pm: Edit |
I guess you missed it earlier in the thread; Penny is a model on a porn site; she is not from Singapore.

There aren't that many ladyboys in Singapore. It's not Thailand. Some ladyboys in Sing are from Thailand also.
(Not to knock on Thailand, I'm having Thailand blues the last few days).

Kat is the "bomb". (first pic by DickJohnson) and she sort of has the body of (SG) Vanessa in TJ.
Upon closer examination, Kat has a tatoo? on he tummy, so I deduct two points....

Thanks Bingo. Two points! lol, is that out of ten points maximum, that's a lot. The tattoo is the Chinese word "Ai" = Love.(pronouced same as 'I').
