Chapter One: "High Definition Piss Jugs"

Arrived on Asiana Airlines at 11:30pm and made reservations for Southern Cross in Ermita area. The hotel is the equivalent of a private room at a backpacker guesthouse. I knew that I was arriving late and just needed a place to sleep before leaving the next day on the Southern Cross Shuttle at 10am. I was to have a girl that I had kept in contact with meet me at the hotel. Many of you know her as she used to work at Rhapsody but has been working at a mall in Manila now for around 6 months or so. I can't say how I feel about her but so far she seems like a sweet girl and really enjoy being with her. Nice to see a girl just leave the bar scene and work at a real job. Even though her and I are just friends, I would appreciate guys here not disclosing information in this report to her or any of her friends. If this report gets leaked to her then this will be my last report on this site.

When I arrived she was excited to see me and I was smelly and exhausted as I can't sleep on planes. She had to be up at 7am as she had to be at work at 8am for her 12 hour shift at the mall. Didn't get a ton of sleep as we sessioned at night and in the morning. Had to also discuss why I was going to Angeles City and not staying with her the whole time. She was informed that I had work to do at Clark.

Had breakfast at Swagman's around the corner with my girl and then exchanged some money, purchased a new SIM, etc. The Shuttle is really one of the nicer buses I have seen in the Phils and the trip only took an hour and a half for 550 pisos. Many of you say why bother with a bus when you can take a taxi but I prefer to have the extra 2,000 pisos directly in my pocket instead of with a ripoff taxi driver. The shuttle took me directly to Pacific Breeze where I had a room reserved for 9 nights.

Took my normal first day long jetlag nap and then went out on the town. Didn't seem like there were massive changes in town other than the Atlantis Bar and giant mall. Went to the Doghouse party at Cambodia and quickly realize it was a mistake as there were few dancers from other bars and Cambodia is really lacking in talent. Was pretty sauced at the end of the party and was still exhausted from the long flight but visited a couple different bars before getting a text from an old gf who said she was at the lobby of my hotel waiting for me...huh? Well I was ready to sleep anyways and met her for a romp or two before sending her on her way the next day without pay. She doesnt work any more and insisted I dont pay her..."I'm not bargirl any more". Still looks pretty decent 4 years later and have some photos of her before when she was quite the young hottie.

your friends are beautiful Blazers. i never thought that keeping in touch with people could carry those possibilities. it seems that you are reaping what you have sown in the past cultivating good friendships.

Just one word for you buddy - Ambien. Getting 7 hours of shuteye on the way over makes a world of difference.
