"Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free" is an old saying, and when it comes to meeting Japanese girls it holds pretty much true. Lots of Japanese girls are curious about Gaijin men, and that curiousity tends to lead them to the Gaijin bar scene.

In Osaka you can discover these bars in a free magazine called "Kansai Scene", in Tokyo, look for the "Tokyo Classifieds" magazine. The more popular bars all advertise in the magazines and include maps in there ads. In Osaka most of these bars are centered in the Namba and Umeda areas, in Tokyo go to Roppongi for the best action.

Since I live in Osaka I will tell you about a recent nite in a bar called Rakan. It is located in the Namba area and considered one of the wilder bars in town. On any given nite you are bound to see East European and Latin American hostesses mixing with the Asian bar girls from almost every nation in the Far East.

Most of these girls spend there nites getting drunk with Japanese salarymen in the Hostess Bars, and then come to this bar to keep the party going. While many make a little extra working outside the bar in a love hotel, just as many are willing to give it up for free to some guy they meet outside of the Hostess Club.

The key to success here is to be a nice guy, but willing to make your move quickly. Don't mention money, the girls in these clubs may very well have sold it twenty minutes before they walk in Rakan, but once here they will be insulted if you recognize the fact that she is a working girl. You both know what the real situation is, but you ignore reality, a very Japanese concept (just look at how they ignore economic and bank reform to get the economy moving for proof of this).

Rakan may be one of the wildest scenes in a regular club you have seen. I have witnessed blowjobs and full contact sports in dark corners, as well as girls stripping down to nothing to eateach other on top of the bar. Of course I have also gone and it has been as dead as Bennigan's on a Wednesday. You just get lucky sometimes.

Last Friday I dropped by to see a freind who DJ's there, and bumped into a rather nice 23 year old Japanese college girl. First, on the issue of age for Ben. You are in luck! In Japan, age is not that big of a deal. Remember this is a country where age is revered and respected. Now remember this is Japan, where by law you have to block out a woman having sex with a man in porn, but you can show her sucking a dog's cock and fucking it. A.F. is not really anal sex, it is sex, but no one is watching which hole. So full service can be had at some. As for your questions on english ability, you would be amazed at the number who speak quiet passable english, and in a Gaijin bar, expect at least better than basic english. English Schools are BIG business in Japan, with the four major companies camped out outside almost every major train station. So language is not a problem in a gaijin bar as much as on the street on the pro sex scene.

Now I love the pink salons as well, and would highly recommend Co-co's when you are in Osaka. It is not the fairly open scene of the pink salon, but the more private fun of a fashion health. I posted a review of Co-Co's in the Japan section. It is in a two store chain actually, with one store in the Dotonburi section of Namba and one near Nankai Sakai-Higashi Station. I prefer the one in Sakai-Higashi because I find the girls friendlier and the price is 1000 yen cheaper.

The High School/Jr. High School thing was called "Enjo Kosai" which meant something like "supported relationship". It was outlawed some years back about the time Japan raised its age-of-consent. Enjo Kosai is alive and well in Japan. You still see it on the street some, but most of it has now gone onto the internet and into the telephone clubs. It is against the law, but then again technically so is prostitution. But except for a few cases, it is mostly winked at.
