Local vs. Foreign Numbers
Since I was only in Tallinn for 2 days, I didn’t bother to get a local SIM card. I was roaming on my Belgian number. In retrospect, that may have been a smart move. Karina (Cat) told me she didn’t even answer calls from local numbers!
If you do get a local SIM card and try to get in touch with a girl catering to the foreign market and advertizing on the English sites (Secretary Academy & Tallinn Escorts), don’t be surprised if she won’t answer your calls. In that case, I suggest you send the girl an SMS telling her you’re a foreigner.
Other P4P Options
