After working at the embassy in the morning, checked out of the hotel and took a short taxi ride to Ekamai bus station. As usual, the Issan driver kept pestering me about taking me to Pattaya instead of a bus and I told him I would do it for 700 baht. He, of course, countered with 1,400 baht and went as low as 1,200 but I stayed firm until I was at the bus station and he was thourougly pissed off. Bus got me there in an hour and a half. Took the baht bus to Pattaya Bay Resort.

Pattaya Bay Resort is a great deal during low season. Standard rooms are great and 999 baht a night with one night free if you stay 6 nights. You can also get a reduced rate for staying for a month as Gurock spoke about in his report. Comes with a free breakfast for two and its not bad. The location is great IMHO as you can walk through the mall to get to Pattaya 2nd road. The mall is called "The Avenue" and has everything you need...movie theatre, 24 grocery store, great restaurants, 2 coffee places, and a gym called California Wow which is FREE if you have your 24 hour fitness card.

Started out the trip by taking a trip to Soi 6 with Derek from the board. Started out at Red Point Bar cause of the great aircon and Vegas 70's look to it. Chatted up an old fav but decided to go over to Hole in One Bar which is next to the TG Bar...both have school girl uniforms. One chubby girl with a hot face and big tits followed me into the bar. As with most Issan girls, she can sleep a long time. If it wasnt for the maid waking us up at 4pm to clean the room, she might have slept until her shift started. I left in the morning for a bit to get something to eat and check the net but she slept straight through until I took a short nap in the afternoon with her. Are those pics of the standard room at Pattaya Bay? I have a room booked for Xmas week. As you implied, it's not nearly as good a deal as low season, but still seems like a pretty good place for the money. Reliable wireless is crucial for me. Is it good there?

Blazers, wouldn't you agree that Cali Wow is one of the best gyms Worldwide? Surprised that you prefer staying off beach rd, especially since you can get cheaper rates right on the beach with the partial ocean views. Such as Central Rd, or off soi 13/2. Granted the rooms aren't quite as new, but its 500-800 a night.

Decent looking girl from "Beach Club a Go-Go"? Was your barfine 600? and you were able to negotiate 2000 LT? Not Bad IMO.

I didnt stay on beach road, I stayed in between Soi Bukhao and 2nd road. Sure, there are cheaper places but I thought this place was a good value.

I didnt negotiate a price for LT and didnt plan on having her LT. 2,000-2,500 is standard for LT gogo girls in Pattaya. I never paid more than 2,000 for LT while I was there but I normally only do ST. When I gave her the money she didnt complain and gave me her phone number.
