Out by 9:50 for a walk to the port.
Took my video cam this time.
Found the Potemkin Steps with ease, and checked out the yacht clubs.
Took the funicular back up.
Day again was sunny, hot, and humid.
Bought some more 'supplies' and then to an internet cafe for a half-hour (60 cents).
Took a private car back down to Arkadia which I grabbed in 2 minutes. Gave the guy 40. He was OK with that.
Wanted to try "Ibiza" for lunch but the service was not forthcoming. So went nearby to the "Red Lantern". Had 1 Heineken, 1 water, Greek salad, and 2 veal kebobs with potatoes/onions/mushroom with a mozzarella cheese topping as a side dish.
Very tasty, and a wonderful view again. Damage was 161 in cash + 20.
Went down to the beach and got into the water.
Cold, but tolerable, as many were swimming. But not TOO clean! Didn't submerge - Why take the risk?
Got some more great video.
Andrei drove me back just in time, for a early evening stroll before nightfall.
