No, you're not out of the woods yet. It takes about 3 months before an AIDS test will either clear you or condemn you. It takes that long for your immune system to create the antibodies that are detected by the test. The frigtening thing is that only days after exposure you can be infected and spread AIDS to others. 3 months later everyone finds out the truth.
