i spent september in bangkok and submitted a report awhile back. here are some updates after spending six more weeks. i used bkk as a support base of sorts before/after trips to vietnam and hong kong. did pretty much the same program as i set forth in my september report so will try to be brief.

the short story is i was surprised how many girls said s/t only this time around. seemed like 80% of my targets did s/t only (for 2,000). i don't think i ran into a s/t only girl at all during the month of september, except one that had a farang boyfriend in bkk. continued to get quotes of 4,000 for l/t (all soi cowboy plus one at hollywood at nana) but managed to get most of them down to 3,000 (see below for failures).

Shark Bar - i left off my last report advising the board that i would do my best to get my 3,500 girl down to 3,000 on my next visit. i failed miserably. when i suggested 3,000 or change lady, i did not receive the most pleasant look and chose to forego the challenge. i had a good time with this one and was willing to pay a surcharge to keep it going. paid 2,000 a couple times for s/t with other girls from shark. b/f is 600. i like the happy hour beer prices. shark is a good spot.

Midnite - i hadn't visited this place before. i like it. girls are almost nude and most are looking pretty darn good. took one girl from here, she did s/t only (paid 2,000). b/f here is higher than most, 800 before 10pm (maybe 11pm). then 700. happy hour beer prices were good.

Dollhouse - i took quite a few girls from here, mostly waitresses. dancers almost nude. two of the waitresses asked for 5,000. i paid one 3,000. took another one for 3,500 but after two rounds in my room she was ready to go home so i ended up at 2,000 s/t price. b/f is 700 for waitresses. 600 for dancers. one waitress i sampled a few times had a customer take her on a 5 night trip to vietnam. fee was a 37,000 macbook computer (saw it in her hand, still in the box). i paid this one 3,000 and she told me i was getting a big discount, i guess so.

Baccara - i don't know why i ended up here so often, maybe because i wore out shark and dollhouse and couldn't stay in midnite all night. b/f is 600 and you have to buy two lady drinks also. not sure how that works if the gal meets you in your room. drinks (ours and the ladies) are significantly higher than the other bars. all the girls ask for 4,000 l/t and i managed to get one to go down to 3,000. others were s/t only at 2,000. the talent level didn't seem that high so not sure why this place is so crowded all the time. i took a couple from here but wasn't impressed, preferred my 3,500 shark girl.

good story:
on my way to pick up my s/t girl at midnite, i noticed a decent looking door girl at baccara. so i decided to overpay for a beer and a lady drink to see what i might be able to work out with this girl another time (agreed to 3,000 down from 4,000). then as i strolled to midnite, i kept an eye out on the shark patio to see how many girls were going to ID me and pass along info to my regular girl inside. then i heard a girl yelling my name. turns out my regular shark girl decided to switch from dancer to door girl and i had walked by w/o noticing her. while she was open to my enjoying with other girls and i to her enjoying with other guys, seeing me on the patio at baccara with one girl and then proceeding past her to midnite to pick up my s/t date was not the best thing for our "relationship".

i had about 8 nights left at that point and things were never quite the same afterwards. one evening she informed me that she could only do s/t that night. this was after i paid the barfine. another evening, she was supposed to meet me at my room and she cancelled out at the last minute. in the past, she had always fired on all cylinders but now it was clear the engine was not doing so good. she did see me off on my last night in relatively good spirits.

this is fairly typical of my operating procedure. usually try and secure one or two regular girls and then rotate a few non regs in btwn. when one of my regulars blows up, then i move a non reg up to the regular rotation. i had a hard time finding a second regular this time and figured i did pretty good keeping this one alive for about 7 weeks total going back to sept.

p.s. some poor bastard is sponsoring this girl and he has sent her so much money this year that he can't afford his usual trip out for a visit. stuck with the web cam instead........

3000 thai baht for st with a thai hookers seems kind of super inflated.

3,000 is for l/t. 2,000 for s/t and i didn't have much luck negotiating the s/t price back in sept so i just paid the 2,000 when i came back. in either case, prices are high compared to phuket or pattaya. bkk is not the best place to go in thailand in terms of price for pussy.

on the good story front, i should clarify for those that don't know soi cowboy too well. baccara, shark, and midnite are right next to each other.

The Nana car park is cheaper.

Cheaper maybe but not better. Watch out for those ladyboys!

I have not been back to BKK in about a year now and as I recall - you don't see the obvious labyboys around Soi Cowboy just Nana.

it was refreshing to relax on soi cowboy and have very minimal lady boy/lady boy customer contact.

if you opt for a freelancer/non go go girl, you should be able to get 1,000 s/t and 2,000 l/t. earlier this year, i paid 1,000 for s/t with a girl from the soi 7 beer garden (i took two, 1,000 each). on that same trip, i met a freelancer gal via a go go girl and i paid the freelancer 2,000 l/t. she stayed a few days.

in august i paid 1,500 l/t to a girl i met in phuket a few months prior. she was at home in korat and took the bus to bkk and spent a few days with me.

if you want to hit the better go gos for your girls, you'll likely be at 2,000 s/t and at least 3,000 for l/t.

All-- As a part-time resident in BKK, I can vouch for some of the "ever-so" high pricing.. It seems in the past 3 years the prices for lots of the P4P action are moved up quite fast.. IMHO, I see no one reason.. You can still find some great deals, but you need to go to some of the out-of-the-way places.. As always, speaking some Thai helps negotiate better deals..
As Bangkok become any less of a mongering spot? Of course not.. It's just not the cheap place it once was..

In cambodia there asking for $20 instead of $10.allso they seem to be doing the Thai barfining and ladydrink system, they was in Phnom Penh.

i thought i'd add a few things here so you guys can have some good laughs. i've been in bkk for about a month. started off good and then i was in living hell. not complaining though, just putting these experiences out there for laughs. i made three visits to nana recently and here are the outcomes.

hollywood - i checked here for a girl that i'd seen last time i was here. she was off the radar towards the end of my last trip so i wasn't sure if i'd see her. well, she was there and we agreed to 3,000 for l/t same as before. about five minutes after we arrived at my room, she broke down about her farang boyfriend and of course the night went downhill from there. i kept thinking it would get better, it didn't.

on my next visit i hit rainbow 2 and the girl i pulled of the stage said she only did s/t in the s/t room upstairs, for 1,500thb. that sounded okay but i really wanted l/t that night.

so i moved back over to hollywood. i went a notch below my own standards in order to secure l/t here and just get on home. i said i would only pay 2,500thb for l/t and she wouldn't go for it. 3,000 or no deal. she was below my normal standard and i wasn't going to pay 3,000 for her.

so i head up to rainbow 4. i see two girls smiling at me and they look pretty good. so i ask them over for a drink. within minutes, the girls were yawning and putting their head on the table, etc.... really fired up for the evening. i didn't even get to pricing with them.

i left nana and went back to my normal area, soi cowboy. entered the dollhouse which has been pretty good to me. the girl i pulled of the stage wanted s/t only and it would cost 2,000thb. i walked out and went home with nothing.

i went to nana again the next night and hit rainbow 3. i pulled a girl off the stage here but it was so loud in there i couldn't understand a thing she was saying. so i threw in the towel.

headed up to rainbow 4 to see if my yawning girls were in a better mood this time. they were not there. so i spot a real beauty and i call her over for a drink. pricing quote 2,000 s/t, 4,000 l/t. at this point, i didn't really even care what the cost was so i said "okay, i bar fine you now". i still hadn't decided whether i was going to pay 2,000 for s/t or attempt to negotiate the 4,000 again (the first effort didn't work). so she leaves the table and never comes back. i figured she was going to change but no. the waitress and a mamasan looked high and low for her but no dice.

so i went back to soi cowboy after two more failures at nana. hit midnite, i'd seen a girl here a couple times this trip. but she was s/t only. she was there and i asked her to tell me which girls would do l/t that night. i think 3 of the 10 girls said yes to l/t. none met my standards. so i took the girl i'd had before since i knew she did a nice job for s/t.

i've been enjoying the life for many years now and i've never experienced anything like this. sure i've had a runner, been turned down, etc... but this run of bad luck was just incredible.

and then to top it all off, i dumped a cup of coffee on my computer and it died immediately.

so, buick is struggling right now but hopes to be back in the saddle soon.

i forgot to mention my 3,500thb shark gal that i see a couple times a week (discussed in original report above). there was some chatter on this board about that price being a bit high, etc......from my experiences over several months in bkk, this girl has turned out to be the cheapest overall. she doesn't drink or eat when i'm with her. most times, she comes direct to my hotel at 7pm and leaves at 7am and i pay 4,100thb (that includes her 600 b/f).

the s/t gal's i've taken this trip and last trip don't really cost 1,500 to 2,000 (and there aren't many l/t's out there). after the bar fine and the drinks, etc... i'm usually out at least 4,000thb. so i'm finding alot better value in this shark girl than any others. i'm glad i stuck with her.

and remember i'm focused on the better looking go go girls. i know i can shag some skank right outside nana for 1,000thb.

Believe me, I feel your pain. I know all about long streaks of bad luck. One thing that struck me about your Nana travails is that you keep hitting the Rainbow bars, which is where historically some of the most jaded, ST-oriented girls work. No surprise about it being difficult to find someone who will do LT, or even someone interested in you. I've especially had a lot of problems with girls in RB4. I rarely bother with the place anymore.

interesting intel on the rainbows. i kept going in them because i've never bar fined a gal out of one of them. i wanted to get a check mark by at least one (i think i did take a couple out of rainbow 2 but it was 5+ yrs ago).

as the life would have it, i had great turn of events last night at soi cowboy. first girl i offered to b/f was waiting for her customer to show up and pay her b/f. so i was still suffering.

but i ended up with two girls out of midnite (s/t at 1,500thb each) and i was extremely pleased with the outcome. bad streak snapped.
