Typically the final day of my visit I am in a semi-morose mood. This time was different, I guess because it is my third trip (it's hard to believe I've spent 30 out of the last 60 days here) and there's no doubt I'll return, though likely not until March when the weather is hospitable. So this day I could fully enjoy just lazing about and enjoying the wonderful weather and company. Mayra of argentinago.com joined uwphoto and I for a leisurely coffee and lunch at a small cafe on Ortiz, about a block from Cafe La Biela. Later I had my final, and truncated, Spanish lesson. By the way, my teacher was a local named Graciela. Her lessons are fantastic (she's teaching asiantraveller as I leave) and she arranges to meet you wherever you want for instruction, with a two hour minimum lesson. The fee is only $8/hour and I can't recommend this highly enough. The increased enjoyment level when you speak even a small amount of Spanish is tremendous. No sex today...I was pretty well drained from last night. Ezy and I sat next to each other on the flight back to Atlanta, musing about how we would tell our non-hobbying friends that we each had been on a "study a broad" program in Buenos Aires. You bet we were.
