Mioplex 101: I was trying mioplex for the first time. My test is not very scientific as I was taking a lot of Ginseng, Yi Shen Ling, Tzepao Sampien, L Arginine as well as Mioplex.
Here is my result of fairly expensive Mioplex, http://www.mioplex.com:

L-Arginine is gold. Yes it always comes in 500 mg. Read a vitamin/herbal book if you are afraid to go over daily amount. Some vitamins, going over limit has no side effect while other vitamins can have bad side effects. I was taking about 4 to 5 capsules daily of L-Arginine.
